| In recent years,the frequent occurrence of emergencies has caused irreversible loss to people’s life and safety,but also has a great impact on social and economic development.It is very important to make a quick response when an emergency comes,analyze the severity of the disaster and make an efficient and reasonable rescue path planning.Considering the emergency of earthquake disaster,road obstruction,the difference of disaster sites and other factors,this paper adopts the truck-drone joint distribution mode for emergency material scheduling,giving full play to the advantages of both.This is of great significance for the timely rescue work and the reduction of casualties and economic losses caused by the earthquake.This paper takes the supply of emergency materials under earthquake disaster as the object,comprehensively considers the urgent situation of demand,distribution time,distribution cost,restricted area and other factors in the disaster site,constructs the optimization model of joint distribution of trucks and drones,and studies the problem of materials allocation in the field of emergency distribution of trucks and drones.Firstly,the urgency of emergency supplies demand was analyzed.Considering the population factors,the damage degree of surrounding environment and the intensity of the earthquake,the subjective weight was determined by fuzzy comprehensive analytic hierarchy process,and the objective weight was determined by entropy weight method.Then,the comprehensive weight method based on game theory is used to determine the comprehensive weight and the urgent degree of demand is analyzed.Secondly,the optimization model of the joint distribution of emergency supplies by drones and trucks was constructed.The k-means++ algorithm was used to divide the disaster sites into regions,and the location of the joint distribution transfer station was obtained.Based on this,the three-level distribution network was built.The optimization model of joint distribution takes time,cost and demand urgency as the objective function,comprehensively considers the restricted area and speed disturbance of trucks and drones to construct a multi-objective distribution model.VNSGA and VNS-NSGAⅡ were designed to solve the model.Finally,taking the extremely and relatively severely affected areas of Sichuan Province in the “Wenchuan earthquake” as the case background,analyzing the Truck-drone joint distribution.The results show that the two algorithms have faster iteration speed and better search results after improvement.The VNSNSGAⅡ can get better solutions on three targets respectively.At the same time,it is proved that the model can guarantee the priority distribution to the points with high urgency,and fully consider the situation of restricted areas,which verifies the effectiveness of the model.By studying the truck routing problem of emergency supplies,this paper considers the urgency of disaster points,restricted areas and joint distribution,providing a new way of thinking for emergency supplies distribution in the event of earthquake.It also improving some problems and deficiencies in emergency rescue,which has certain research significance and value. |
