With the rapid development of petrochemical products,improving the control accuracy of distillation columns and producing high-quality alcohol are the research goals of many experts and scholars.In actual manufacturing engineering,the nonlinear,high coupling,high hysteresis,and large inertia characteristics of alcohol distillation operation make it difficult for conventional proportional,differential,and differential(PID)control algorithms to achieve perfect control functions.It directly affects important technical indicators such as product quality,production,and energy consumption.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the existing distillation operation system based on PID control.This project takes the laboratory distillation tower top temperature control system as the research object,and proposes a fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm to improve the control effect of the system by improving the problem of unsatisfactory control effect of traditional PID algorithm.This algorithm has the advantages of improving system stability,speed,and accuracy,while also reducing overshoot and eliminating oscillation phenomena,making system parameters easy to tune,overcoming disturbances,and improving large lag.This algorithm can ensure the safe and stable operation of the distillation system while reducing energy consumption,ultimately achieving the expected purity of product components.Therefore,the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm has broad application prospects in alcohol distillation operations.The research of this topic aims to improve the control effect of alcohol distillation towers.Firstly,the alcohol process flow is introduced,and the shortcomings of traditional distillation tower control schemes are analyzed.On this basis,a more advanced control algorithm is proposed,which adopts a cascade control scheme of the main and secondary objects,mainly for controlling the top temperature of the alcohol distillation tower,and combines the top return flow rate for cascade control.Further proposed a fuzzy adaptive PID control scheme to improve the shortcomings of traditional PID control schemes;Secondly,in order to verify whether the advanced algorithm proposed is suitable for the distillation process,this thesis adopts the modeling and simulation method of the distillation tower,and compares and analyzes the two control algorithms through MATLAB/Simulink simulation to prove that the improved algorithm has optimized the control effect of the alcohol distillation system;Finally,this project uses a Distributed Control System(DCS)to carry out configuration design,program design,implementation of fuzzy control schemes,system parameter settings,and monitoring screen production of the control system,in order to ensure the stability,speed,and accuracy of the control system.Through the research of this topic,more scientific,efficient,and reliable methods and technical support can be provided for the control of alcohol distillation operations.
