With the development of soft film deep drawing forming technology,the rubber soft film process has been continuously applied,but the impact on the relevant parameters in the rubber soft concave die deep drawing process is still unclear.Compared with conventional deep drawing processes,the improvement of the drawing limit by this process is still unclear.Therefore,this article conducts research and analysis on the deep drawing process of polyurethane rubber.This article first conducts a theoretical analysis of the deep drawing forming process of polyurethane rubber soft concave molds.Through mechanical analysis of the deep drawing forming process of sheet metal soft concave molds,and comparing it with the rigid mold forming process,the stress and strain states and numerical values of each deformation area during the forming process of cylindrical parts are analyzed.The theoretical analysis results prove that the polyurethane rubber soft concave mold deep drawing forming process is conducive to preventing the occurrence of defects in formed parts,Improve the forming limit of sheet metal.Secondly,based on numerical simulation methods,predict the failure location and form of the sheet metal during the bulging process of the dome punch.Establish a finite element model for the bulging of a dome punch,using the maximum punch force criterion and the strain path transition criterion as the failure criteria to obtain the maximum principal strain at the failure location of the specimen,and obtain the forming limit curve.Apply it to the deep drawing process of polyurethane rubber soft dies to predict the occurrence of fracture failure of cylindrical parts.Subsequently,using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,a finite element model of polyurethane rubber soft concave die deep drawing was established,and the forming process was simulated and analyzed.Study the influence of rubber mold size,rubber mold hardness,friction coefficient,and sheet metal size on forming performance.Obtain the ultimate drawing coefficient of the sheet metal through simulation method,and compare it with the rigid drawing forming process to further verify the accuracy of theoretical analysis.Finally,experimental research was conducted,and based on finite element simulation,corresponding experimental plans were designed to conduct deep drawing experiments on cylindrical components.Verify the correctness of the finite element simulation results through experiments,and further explore the variation law and drawing limit of the sheet metal during the deep drawing process of polyurethane rubber soft die.
