Indole derivatives exist in many natural products and bioactive molecules.So,the efficient synthesis of such derivatives has aroused great attention from the chemists.This dissertation focuses on the substitution reaction and cyclization reaction of vinyl oxazoloindol-3-one and 2-vinylindoles.In the first chapter,we introduced the background on the synthesis of indole derivatives via indole synthons included indolylmethanols,vinylindoles.At the same time,we also introduced the goal and the contents of this dissertation.In the second chapter,vinyl oxazoloindol-3-ones as a new class of indole-based allylic donors have been designed,and the first Pd‐catalyzed decarboxylative(3+2)cycloaddition of vinyl oxazoloindol-3-one with isocyanate has been established,which afforded products in high yields(39-98% yield).This reaction represents the first design of indole-based allylic donors,which is helpful for settling the challenge of designing and developing new class of heterocycle-based allylic donors for Pd-catalyzed decarboxylative allylation reactions.In the third chapter,the first decarboxylative allylic amination reaction of vinyl oxazoloindol-3-one with sulfonyl amine has been established,which afforded products in high yields(61-98% yield).This reaction represents the first decarboxylative substitution of indole-based allylic donors and provides an effective method for the direct synthesis of indole-based allylamines.In the fourth chapter,the first addition reaction of 2-vinylindoles has been established by using o?quinone methides as electrophiles in the presence of br?nsted acid,which afforded products in high yields(76-98% yield).This reaction not only represents the addition reaction of 2-vinylindoles,but also enriches o?quinone methides chemistry.
