| Electro-osmotic sludge dehydration is a new high-efficiency,low-energy,high-dry sludge dehydration process in recent years.it has a large potential market and has pilots in a small range, but it has not been widely promoted at present,Because in the actual application process, this process still has some problems, one of which is the sludge adhesion problem that affects the cleaning of the filter cloth of the electro-osmotic sludge dewatering equipment. The problem of sludge adhesion also exists in mechanical dewatering and thermal drying equipment: the sludge will block the filter cloth in mechanical dewatering equipment, and it will adhere to the inner wall and affect heat transfer in thermal drying equipment. This article explores many factors that affect the adhesion of sludge, and gives reasonable suggestions for solving the problem of sludge adhesion in actual production.First, this article examines the operating conditions of electro-osmosis: the influence of mechanical pressure, dehydration voltage, and the thickness of the sludge cake on the electro-osmotic dehydration effect, current, energy consumption, and sludge adhesion. The results show that the lower the mechanical pressure, the less closely the sludge is in contact with the filter cloth, and the less the sludge adheres to the filter cloth. However, the adhesion amount is greater after scraping under lower mechanical pressure. The higher the amount of water is related. The higher the dehydration voltage, the higher the degree of mud biscuitization, and the less the amount of sludge adhesion on the filter cloth and the amount of adhesion after scraping. The thinner the thickness of the mud cake, the higher the degree of mud biscuitization. The adhesion amount of sludge on the filter cloth and the adhesion amount after scraping is smaller.Secondly, this paper explores the properties of sludge: the relationship between initial moisture content, moisture content after dehydration,p H value and electro-osmotic dehydration effect, current, energy consumption, and sludge adhesion. The results showed that the higher the initial moisture content, the more the amount of sludge adhered to the filter cloth and after scraping. As the moisture content of the mud cake increases after dehydration, the adhesion amount of the sludge on the filter cloth shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, but the moisture content of the mud cake after dehydration has little effect on the adhesion amount after scraping. When the p H value is acidic, the adhesion amount of sludge on the filter cloth is less. Finally, this article tests different filter cloth materials, different filter cloth meshes, and different filter cloth weaving structures. The results show that the smooth material will reduce the amount of sludge adhesion on the filter cloth, and the amount of sludge adhesion on the nylon filter cloth is less than that on the stainless steel filter cloth. The mesh size of the filter cloth has no effect on the effect of electric dehydration and energy consumption. The medium-mesh nylon filter cloth has the most sludge adhesion, and the large-mesh stainless steel filter cloth has the most sludge adhesion. The more complex the woven structure is,the more the amount of adhesion after scraping, but it has no effect on the effect of electric dehydration and energy consumption. |
