The herbicide safeners cyprosulfamide is a kind of modifiers to solve the harm of herbicide.It has the application value of "reducing drug and increasing effect".At home and abroad,there is no report on the clean production and recycling of wastes with industrial value.In this paper,a clean synthetic route of cyprosulfamide with industrial value was designe,the green synthesis process has been improved,the recycling process of waste has been optimized,and pilot-scale study has been carried out,provide technical support for ciprofloxacin clean production.The synthetic route of cyprosulfamide,a herbicide safety agent with industrial application value,was designed.In the synthetic route,p-toluenesulfonyl chloride is ammoniated with ammonia to form p-toluenesulfonamide,which is oxidized by air instead of heavy metal oxidants such as potassium permanganate to form pcarboxybenzenesulfonamide.Chloromethane replaces the highly toxic methylating agent dimethyl sulfate,which is methylated with salicylic acid to form O-methoxybenzoic acid.P-carboxybenzenesulfonamide was chlorinated with o-methoxybenzoic acid and subsequently aminated with cyclopropylamine to form cyprosulfamide.Compared with the existing synthetic route,the method has the advantages of high yield and synthesis of the target product by non-toxic or low-toxic reagents.According to the design of the industrial value of the synthetic route,the synthetic processes of o-methoxybenzoic acid,p-carboxybenzenesulfonamide and cyprosulfamide were developed.The total yield was 91.9%and the content of cyprosulfamide was 98.0%.The consumption of p-carboxybenzenesulfonamide decreased from 0.69 kg to 0.59 kg,the consumption of o-methoxybenzoic acid decreased from 0.53 kg to 0.46 kg,and the consumption of thionyl dichloride decreased from 1.23 kg to 0.77 kg,the quantity of waste water decreased from 9 kg to 1.8 kg,the quantity of waste gas decreased from 1.23 kg to 0.77 kg,and the quantity of waste residue decreased from 0.5 kg to 0.1kg.The recycling technology of waste from the synthesis of cyprosulfamide has been developed.Cyclopropylamine wastewater was treated and recovered by distillation,drying and rectification.The content of cyclopropylamine reached 99%and the water content was 0.01%.The ammonia nitrogen can be degraded from 300 mg/L to less than 30 mg/L after the waste water of cyclopropylamine is recycled and treated by biochemical system.The thionyl dichloride waste gas is converted into valuable hydrochloric acid and high quality sodium sulfite by absorption.The residue of cyprosulfamide was decomposed into small molecules by creative hydrolysis method,and the solid waste was reduced by more than 80%,then the safener cyprosulfamide was synthesized,the content of cyprosulfamide was more than 95%.The pilot plant of green synthesis of cyprosulfamide was carried out.The yield of cyprosulfamide was over 91.5%,the content was over 98%,the water content was below 0.3%,and the appearance of cyprosulfamide was white crystalline powder.A pilot-scale experiment was carried out to recover the effective components from the residue of cyprosulfamide distillation.The recovery rate of the effective components was about 85%and the contents was about 98%.
