In recent years,with the continuous popularization of new energy vehicles and the implementation of some emission reduction policies,the demand for lightweight vehicle body structures has been increasing.Especially for the technology of using integrated die casting to replace traditional welding processes in vehicle body production,higher requirements have been put forward for the performance of large-tonnage die casting machines.The injection system of the die casting machine is one of the most critical parts of the entire machine,and its performance directly determines the quality and production efficiency of the die-cast parts.Therefore,this article mainly focuses on the research of the injection hydraulic system of the die casting machine.By analyzing and improving the existing injection system of the die casting machine,the performance indicators of the injection system can be improved to meet the market development needs.Firstly,based on the research on the injection speed of the die-casting machine,the existing hydraulic system schematic of the injection was analyzed.Mathematical models were established for the accumulator,servo cartridge valve,and injection cylinder,respectively.Then,Amesim software was used to simulate each of them and analyze the impact of changing parameters on the system performance.Secondly,through an analysis of the existing hydraulic system of the injection,it was found that the compression of the oil in the rod chamber of the injection cylinder under high pressure can cause significant impact on the injection piston and the large-diameter cartridge valve cannot meet the low-speed operation accuracy requirement.To address these issues,a control method for throttle speed regulation of the inlet and outlet of the injection system was proposed,and changes were made to the oil circuit structure of the system.The feasibility of the new injection system was verified through simulation analysis.Furthermore,to address the control strategy problem of the speed injection system of the die-casting machine,the impact of the coefficients in the PID controller on the closedloop system was investigated.A combined control method of feedforward control and PID control was proposed and validated through simulation.Finally,the speed regulation was carried out through neural network PID control,and the feasibility of this control method was verified through a joint simulation using Amesim and Simulink.Finally,the throttle speed control scheme for the inlet and outlet of the injection system,as well as the combined control method of feedforward and PID control,were validated through experiments on the die-casting machine’s injection system test bench.The experimental results confirmed the accuracy of the simulation results and demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
