In recent years,with the increasing amount of hazardous chemicals transported in China,the logistics cost of hazardous chemicals enterprises continues to rise.Moreover,hazardous chemicals are explosive,corrosive and radioactive,which will cause significant losses to people’s lives,properties and ecological environment in case of hazardous chemicals accidents.Therefore,how to transport hazardous chemicals from production enterprises to downstream customers in a scientific and safe way is a problem worthy of in-depth study.Past researches show that the cost portrayal of hazardous chemical vehicle path problem is relatively rough,for example,the transportation cost is usually simply portrayed as fixed cost and variable cost,and no further refinement is made.And in the process of hazardous chemical logistics cost optimization,there is a lack of in-depth research on certain uncertain factors,such as uncertainty of flitting time and uncertainty of transportation time.To address the above problems,this thesis firstly adopts the time-driven job cost method to make a detailed division of logistics costs,and estimates the logistics costs of hazardous chemical enterprises in a more reasonable way in a detailed and comprehensive way,and uses fuzzy variables to describe the operation time of storage and transportation and the risks generated by hazardous chemicals in the transportation link.Secondly,this thesis constructs a cost optimization model of hazardous chemical road transportation logistics based on plausibility theory,and designs an improved genetic algorithm solution model based on compound crossover and compound variation,and converts it into a single-objective solution by using a weighted compromise for the dual-objective cost-risk model.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is proved by arithmetic examples,and the logistics cost data of hazardous chemicals of traditional time-driven job costing method and fuzzy timedriven job costing method are compared and analyzed to show the rationality of fuzzy time-driven job costing method.The following conclusions are drawn from the research of this thesis:(1)the constructed model can effectively describe the logistics cost problem of road transportation of hazardous chemicals,and the designed genetic algorithm can provide reasonable route selection results for this problem to minimize the cost and control the transportation risk of hazardous chemicals;(2)the fuzzy timedriven operation cost method can more accurately and comprehensively calculate the logistics cost,thus reducing the errors caused by estimating the time consumed per unit of operation by simply applying time-driven job cost method.The logistics cost optimization model of hazardous chemical road transportation constructed in this thesis enriches theoretically the application of time-driven operation cost method and credibility theory in the selection of hazardous chemical road transportation routes,which is beneficial to hazardous chemical enterprises to control the logistics cost and transportation risk of hazardous chemicals,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and protect people’s life and property safety and ecological environment.
