As the main product of iron and steel enterprises,how to improve the quality of cold rolled strip is an urgent problem to be solved,and good roll gap profile control is the basis for improving the quality of strip steel.Based on the roll profile electromagnetic control technology and inspired by the control technology of rolling force distribution,a combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll is proposed.The combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll is composed of the roll sleeve and multiple honeycomb electromagnetic rods.The combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll is driven by the induction heating technology to form a thermal-mechanical hybrid drive form,which changes the crown of the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll and the contact pressure between the rolls,and further promotes the multi-section flexible deformation of the work roll to obtain a good roll gap profile.In order to open up a gap in the field of the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll,based on induction heating technology,the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll is proposed.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional electromagnetic bars,a new honeycomb electromagnetic bar is designed.By applying uniform external load and taking the radial flattening amount of honeycomb electromagnetic bars as the basis,the influences of the number of through holes,through holes location and through holes diameter on its structure are explored.And according to the influence law to determine the honeycomb electromagnetic bar reasonable through hole layout.In order to ensure that the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll composed of the roll sleeve and a plurality of honeycomb electromagnetic bars has the basic function of supporting roll,the influence law of electromagnetic bar spacing,the thickness of the roll sleeve,rolling force and plate width on the elastic deformation and flexion deformation of the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll is explored,which provides a basis for the mechanical properties of the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll l.In order to explore the roll shape regulation ability of the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll,and explore the influence of different parameters on the bulging law of the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll,the contact pressure between the rollers and the roll shape of the work roller under induction heating of a single honeycomb electromagnetic rod,and provide the regulation basis for the joint regulation of multiple honeycomb electromagnetic rods.The experimental platform of the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll was built,and the bulging quantity of the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll was measured simultaneously by the laser ranging device and the strain detection device.After comparing with the simulation results,the accuracy of the finite element model of the combined electromagnetic control bushing support roll was verified.
