With the continuous intelligent development of mine,higher requirements are put forward for the concentration of remote control car operators.However,because it is in the operating room for a long time and maintains the same position,the concentration of remote control car operators is easy to decrease,resulting in the occurrence of car yaw,collision and other accidents,serious will threaten the safety of personnel.Therefore,it is of certain reference value for mining enterprises to study the influencing factors of the concentration of remote control car operators.This paper conducted an experimental study on the concentration of remote control car operators based on EEG,and analyzed and compared the influencing factors of concentration.The main studies include:(1)Research on basic theories.Firstly,the definition of concentration is outlined,and then the relevant theories of EEG are elaborated one by one,including the structure of the brain,the generation mechanism of EEG signal,collection method,data processing algorithm and other basic theories.(2)Determine the main influencing factors of miners’concentration.Based on the literature research at home and abroad,combined with the mine field investigation,the design and preparation of miners concentration factors influencing the questionnaire.Miners from many open pit and underground mines across the country were selected to conduct a questionnaire on the factors influencing miners’concentration,and 265 valid questionnaires were collected.Through statistical analysis of SPSS 22.0 software,six main influencing factors of miners’concentration are obtained,which can be divided into two categories:environmental factors(noise,temperature and humidity,lighting degree)and non-environmental factors(working hours,work intensity,psychological load).(3)The influence rules of different environments on EEG signals of remote control car operators were obtained.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the simulated driving test of remote control mining car is carried out by the control variable method.The influence of various factors on EEG signals of remote control car operators was studied based on EEG analysis using EEG equipment.The experimental results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the total energy of EEG under the condition was larger,and the total energy reached the maximum under the noise factor;(2)From the proportion of rhythm waves in each frequency band,βwaves occupy a large proportion in the working conditions of each influencing factor;αwave reaches the peak value in the noise condition of environmental factors,and the proportion ofαwave in the working time condition of non-environmental factors is the largest.The change state ofθwave is reverse to that ofβwave,and the proportion ofθwave reaches the peak under noise condition,while the proportion ofθwave in non-environmental condition is the largest under working hours condition.(3)According to the analysis of brain topographic map,the stimulation of various influencing factors increased the low-frequency EEG components and suppressed the high-frequency EEG components to a certain extent,thus deepening the fatigue degree of the subjects and reducing the concentration degree of the subjects.(4)Analyze the differentiated influence of different factors on the concentration of remote control car operators.Based on the EEG signal analysis results of remote control mining car simulation driving test,the concentration index(L_A)was selected and calculated.Combined with the concentration test results,the following results were obtained:(1)With high concentration,the overall EEG energy increased,the L_Avalue increased,and the time to complete the scale decreased.With low concentration,overall EEG energy decreased,LA value decreased,and the time required to complete the scale increased.(2)Noise factor and working time factor have the most serious influence on the concentration of remote control car operators,while the influence of psychological load is small.The experimental data show that the influence of psychological load on concentration will gradually weaken over time.(3)The influence of non-environmental factors on people’s attention is self-controllable,while the influence of environmental factors on people’s attention is more objective.Finally,based on the analysis of EEG test and concentration index results,the paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to control the decline of concentration from two aspects of individual miners and mining enterprises.This study explores various factors affecting the concentration of remote control car operators,as well as the differences in the impact of each factor on the concentration,which is helpful to help mine related enterprises to improve the concentration level of miners and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents. |
