With the increasing importance of information,intelligence and unmanned construction of open-pit mine,how to effectively dispatch trucks running in open-pit mine is the key link of mine production.Based on the study of truck scheduling in open-pit mine,the uncertainty of truck carrying capacity was evaluated by analyzing the influence of external environmental factors and equipment conditions on truck carrying capacity,and a high-dimensional target truck scheduling model was established.It aims to reduce truck transportation costs,reduce truck idle time,reduce ore residual production and reduce ore grade deviation,and realize the optimization of truck scheduling under the condition of considering the uncertainty of the impact of the actual situation of the open pit mine on the truck carrying capacity,providing a solution for realizing efficient transportation in the open pit mine.The main tasks are:(1)Sorting out relevant studies on truck scheduling in open-pit mines.Firstly,various models and solutions of truck scheduling problem in open pit mines are sorted out and summarized,and the research status is summarized.Secondly,the relevant theoretical basis,including the basic theory of open-pit truck scheduling,multi-objective optimization and opportunity constrained objective planning theory,is summarized.It provides a theoretical basis for solving the truck scheduling problem of surface mine considering the uncertainty of truck loading.(2)Construct a truck scheduling model of surface mine considering truck carrying uncertainty.This paper analyzes the external environmental factors and the internal factors that affect the carrying capacity of trucks in mining areas.According to the previous research results and the actual needs of mining enterprises,a high-dimensional target truck scheduling model is established.According to the truck operation history data collected from mine production,the uncertainty of truck transportation is evaluated by the method of opportunity constrained target programming,and an open-pit truck scheduling model considering truck transportation uncertainty is established.It is designed to reduce truck transportation costs,reduce truck idle time,reduce ore residual production and reduce ore grade deviation.(3)A reference vector guided classification agent assisted evolution algorithm is designed for the optimization of high-dimensional multi-target truck scheduling schemes.A reference vector guided classification agent assisted evolution algorithm is designed to solve the model.The proposed algorithm combines the idea of the agent aided evolution algorithm of Angle penalty distance,classification and the elite selection strategy considering constraint penalty,and can effectively solve the established high-dimensional multi-target truck scheduling model.(4)Intelligent scheduling system is applied in M open-pit mine.Taking an open-pit mine in Henan Province as an example,the data acquisition is completed through the integrated system of intelligent production control and control of the open-pit mine,and the relevant parameters required by the scheduling system are obtained after data analysis.The results show that: The truck scheduling model of open pit mine considering truck transportation uncertainty established in this paper evaluates the truck carrying uncertainty through the method of opportunity constrained goal programming,and takes it into the truck high-dimensional multi-objective scheduling optimization model,which can meet the actual production demand of the mine efficiently on the basis of more realistic conditions.The scheduling scheme obtained by the design algorithm reduces the transportation cost of the open pit mine and realizes the effective use of the truck.The research results of the paper effectively balance the influence of unstable factors on truck transport,greatly improve the scheduling efficiency of open-pit mines,provide a solution to solve the problem of truck scheduling in open-pit mines considering transport uncertainty,thus promoting the intelligent management and control of mining,and contribute to the long-term and steady development of mining.It is the theoretical basis to realize unmanned transportation and automatic scheduling in open-pit mining areas. |
