With the technical improvement and the improvement of environmental protection requirements,electric mining trucks have gradually become the trend in the field of mining transportation.The driving range and energy consumption rate of electric trucks are becoming the focus of attention.In the special operating environment of open pit mines,the driving path,as well as the driving motor and battery charging system of pure electric trucks have greatly affected the performance of the electric trucks.Under the existing battery core technology,considering the mine working condition information,how to realize the combination optimization of the two will greatly affect the transportation energy consumption of pure electric mining card.In this paper,with openpit mine as the background and pure electric mine card as the object of the study,establishes the energy recovery and utilization optimization model of pure electric mine card battery for open-pit mine considering path.A hybrid multi-objective PB-GADP algorithm based on the Angle dominance principle is designed.The details are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the related research on the optimization of energy recovery and utilization of pure electric ore card batteries in open-pit mines.Firstly,the influence factors of the energy consumption of the pure electric mine card are analyzed,and the research status of the optimization control considering the external environment and the internal parts of the whole vehicle is summarized in detail,this paper systematically combs the domestic and foreign research on the optimization technology and algorithm of Battery Energy Recovery and utilization.(2)Establish a new energy pure electric mining card battery energy recovery and utilization optimization model considering the path.On the basis of the existing research,this paper analyzes the deficiency of traditional energy recovery and utilization optimization,and combines the actual situation of truck transportation in open-pit mine,considering Road,slope and power system parameters,an optimization model for energy recovery and utilization of pure electric mining card battery was established.(3)An improved multi-objective hybrid algorithm based on the principle of angle superiority is designed.Considering the uncertain factors such as road slope and distance,a multi-objective long-short neural network prediction model for Particle swarm optimization is established to predict power consumption and evaluate the driving route,to guide the search of multi-objective algorithms.At the same time,based on the evaluation results,the hybrid algorithm PB-GADP,which improved the multi-objective genetic algorithm with the principle of angle superiority,was used to solve the optimization model of energy recovery and utilization of pure electric ore card battery.(4)Numerical experiment and practical application simulation of energy recovery and utilization optimization model of pure electric mining card battery.Firstly,the performance of the model and algorithm is verified by a numerical experiment.Then,taking an open pit mine in Shangluo as an actual case,the data of the mine road network and the parameters of the pure electric mine card were collected for experimental comparison and analysis.The results show that the proposed algorithm and model can effectively improve the energy recovery and utilization efficiency of pure electric ore card and improve the economic benefit of the mine.
