Research On Microwave Absorbing Performance Of Ti3C2Tx/PANI/CoNi Composite

Abstract/Summary:
With the progress of science and technology,the development of human society has entered a new stage,but the ensuing electromagnetic pollution problems also seriously affect human health and living environment.Therefore,it is particularly critical to study absorbing materials with excellent performance.MXene material has great potential as a microwave absorbing material due to its unique physical structure,high conductivity and rich surface functional groups.However,there are still some shortcomings to be solved,such as poor impedance matching and single loss mechanism.In this paper,Ti3C2Tx/Co Ni composites,Ti3C2Tx/PANI composites and Ti3C2Tx/PANI/Co Ni ternary composites were prepared by solvothermal method and in-situ polymerization method,respectively.The electromagnetic parameters of the composites were adjusted by changing the mass ratio of different components to optimize their absorbing properties.At the same time,the microstructure of the composites was characterized,and the loss mechanism and impedance matching of the composites of various materials were systematically analyzed.The main results are as follows:The Al layer in Ti3Al C2 was successfully etched by HF to obtain a two-dimensional layered Ti3C2Tx,and then the cobalt-nickel alloy particles were uniformly anchored on the surface and interlayer of Ti3C2Tx by solvothermal method to obtain Ti3C2Tx/Co Ni composites.When the thickness of M-CN1:5 sample is 2.2 mm,the RLmin at 7.03 GHz is-39.4 d B,and the optimal effective absorption bandwidth reaches 4.42 GHz.Ti3C2Tx/PANI composites were obtained by in-situ polymerization.When m(Ti3C2Tx):m(An)is 1:0.75 and the thickness is 1.1 mm,the effective absorption bandwidth of Ti3C2Tx/PANI composite is up to 4.25 GHz(13.75-18 GHz).Ti3C2Tx/PANI/Co Ni composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization and solvothermal method.With the increase of cobalt-nickel alloy content,more cobalt-nickel alloy particles were produced in the microstructure of the ternary composites.Compared with the above two binary composites,Ti3C2Tx/PANI/Co Ni composites have more interface polarization modes and quantities,which provide more dielectric loss for the electromagnetic wave absorption of the composites.The M-P-CN3:1:8 composite exhibits better reflection loss.When the sample thickness is2.0 mm,the RLmin reaches-55.5 d B at 15.62 GHz and the effective absorption bandwidth is 5.1 GHz.When the sample thickness is 2.1mm,the RLmin is-42.1d B at14.7GHz,and the effective absorption bandwidth reaches 6GHz.The results show that the prepared ternary composites have more loss mechanisms and better impedance matching than the two binary composites,showing excellent absorbing properties.
