| With the adjustment of China’s energy structure,the demand for natural gas is rapidly increasing,and user gas consumption data is growing rapidly.In order to maintain the stability of natural gas usage,appropriate data mining methods are selected to process gas consumption data on the user side and targeted research on gas user allocation is carried out,highlighting its important theoretical value and significance.Therefore,based on the use of data mining methods to determine user gas consumption patterns,this article proposes a gas volume control and allocation plan suitable for urban areas and user types,combined with corresponding natural gas peak shaving facilities,in order to better balance the natural gas supply and demand relationship.This article first proposes a gas feature selection strategy based on the improved maximum correlation and minimum redundancy(mRMR)criterion,considering the complexity of user gas behavior analysis and the effectiveness of gas feature selection in the context of data from multiple types of users.This strategy selects independent and effective gas consumption features from existing commonly used gas consumption features to construct a preferred feature set,and uses this preferred feature set to replace the daily gas consumption data collected by the information system,thereby achieving dimensionality reduction of user gas consumption data and obtaining user gas consumption behavior characteristics.Secondly,based on the analysis results of gas consumption behavior characteristics,a multi class load scheduling strategy for users is proposed under the constraints of different gas consumption scenarios.Due to the similarity in consumption and usage of the same type of users,the overall optimization of allocation for users with the same type of gas consumption behavior greatly reduces the complexity of the allocation process.Propose an appropriate gas allocation strategy with the optimization goal of minimizing user consumption,taking into account both user side consumption capacity and supply side allocation capacity.Finally,this article analyzes the feasibility of various natural gas storage methods based on the gas consumption and storage facilities in XA city,and concludes that the appropriate control methods for gas consumption by urban users in XA city are high-pressure pipelines and LNG gasification stations.By analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages,gas storage capacity,and investment funds of these two peak shaving facilities,the optimal peak shaving plan was obtained.This study is conducive to targeted implementation of differentiated gas usage services for gas users,balancing gas supply and demand,and has certain reference value for future cities that use natural gas as their urban gas source in formulating gas volume distribution and control plans. |
