The spring bracket is a typical complex thin-walled part on heavy trucks,and the workpiece as a whole presents the structural characteristics of porous,multi-curved surface and irregular shape.In actual processing,the spring support is prone to large deformation,which seriously affects the production capacity of the entire workpiece production line and the production quality of the workpiece.Therefore,the design of the special fixture for the spring support to reduce the deformation of the workpiece is of important practical significance.Analyzed the drawings of the spring bracket parts,determined the dimensional accuracy,shape accuracy and surface roughness of the hole to be processed and the hole end surface of the spring bracket,and worked out the spring bracket processing technology plan.Combining the structural characteristics of the spring bracket and the processing requirements,the workpiece is completely positioned by the positioning method of one side and two pins.The cutting force estimation software NOVEX is used to calculate the cutting force when machining the end face of the spring support hole.According to the clamping force calculation formula,the required clamping force for processing the spring support is calculated.According to the calculation formula of drilling force,the size of the drilling force when drilling the spring support hole position is calculated.Using three-dimensional modeling software,a three-dimensional model of the spring support fixture was designed.Use the finite element method to analyze the spring support fixture,solve the fixture deformation cloud diagram and the equivalent stress cloud diagram,and analyze the cloud diagram to find that the rigidity of the fixture structure meets the processing requirements of the workpiece.The finite element analysis of the spring bracket under the clamping force and the combined action of the clamping force and the cutting force is carried out.The analysis shows that the end of the spring bracket is deformed under the clamping force.The deformation of the tail end of the spring bracket increases under the combined action of the cutting force,so the fixture structure corresponding to the tail end of the spring bracket is optimized.An auxiliary support is added to the fixture corresponding to the deformation position of the tail end of the spring bracket to increase the local rigidity of the workpiece.Use the finite element analysis method to verify the feasibility of adding auxiliary supports to the fixture,and solve the deformation cloud diagram and equivalent stress cloud diagram of the spring bracket under the clamping force and the clamping force and cutting force.The analysis results The deformation of the end of the spring bracket is greatly reduced,which meets the requirements of workpiece processing accuracy.
