Research On Layout Simulation Of Bogie Assembly Workshop

The rationality of factory workshop layout has an important impact on the factory’s production efficiency,economic benefits and product quality,and then affects the company’s product image and overall benefits.Reasonable layout planning can effectively improve production efficiency,reduce production costs and quickly meet the diverse needs of the market.Therefore,the manufacturing industry pays more and more attention to the layout design of factory workshops.Taking the bogie assembly workshop of an enterprise as the research object,this paper deeply studies the locomotive bogie assembly line,studies and analyzes the assembly process and layout status,plans and arranges the bogie assembly workshop by using SLP algorithm and genetic algorithm,and verifies it with simulation software.Firstly,this paper refers to the relevant literature to understand the research situation of workshop layout at home and abroad,carry out on-site investigation and data analysis,analyze the layout status of the enterprise bogie assembly workshop,make quantitative and qualitative analysis of the workshop by using the system layout design method according to the characteristics of the bogie assembly process,study the material flow relationship and non material flow relationship between various operating units,and design the initial layout scheme of the workshop.Secondly,the mathematical model of the workshop is established by using genetic algorithm,the objective function and constraints of the model are determined according to the research problems and the actual situation of the site,the initial population is determined combined with the initial layout scheme,and the optimal layout scheme of the workshop is obtained by optimization calculation again.Finally,the optimized workshop layout is simulated and modeled by using anylogic simulation software to verify and evaluate the feasibility of the layout scheme,compare whether the optimization results meet the research purpose,and finally get the enterprise workshop layout optimization scheme.The results show that the research on enterprise workshop layout in this paper can reduce enterprise production costs,improve logistics operation efficiency,improve the operation efficiency of production system,effectively save workshop area,and increase enterprise income.At the same time,it can provide reference and support for the same type of enterprise workshop in the field of layout planning.
