| At present,in ALL walks of life in our country,night operation is a universal phenomenon,night operation is necessary,but it also exists danger.Ensuring the personal safety of night operators is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the current social background,the research methods used in this topic include literature research,interdisciplinary research and experimental research.In order to optimize the warning function of night work clothes,this paper analyzed the design elements of polymer fiber fabric applied in night work clothes,designed a series of patterns based on polymer fiber luminous fabric,and applied it in night work clothes to meet the interactive functions of warning transmission,identification and operation status at night.On the basis of satisfying the safety of night operation,it provides more information interaction functions and improves certain aesthetics.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current product status and deficiency of night work clothes,puts forward the idea of five-element interaction design of night work clothes according to the relationship between night work personnel and others,and establishes the interaction design model of night work clothes.Secondly,the optical fiber fabric and luminescent device are combined with the base material of the night work clothes.The research conclusions mainly include: 1.Polymer fiber has the characteristics of light material,small size,comfort,durability and convenient connection with power supply,etc.,which is widely used in textile decoration,lighting,inductor and security warning.The fiber is embedded in the textile and combined with the electronic components for night work clothing.The characteristics of light conduction through the fiber can meet the security and wearing comfort.2.Analysis of the design elements applied to the polymer fiber fabric in the night work clothes.Through the interaction mode of various industries,the interactive pattern design in line with the night work is designed,which can well conform to the function of safety warning and information prompt under the night work.Iii.Circuit design of optical fiber fabric luminescence system.The pattern design is based on the work content of the industry,and the circuit design includes the selection of hardware,circuit design and program code writing.The optical fiber fabric pattern with dynamic flicker can be presented by using light-emitting diode to control the optical fiber group.Iv.By combining optical fiber fabric with night work clothes in a modular form,night operators can realize rapid installation or unloading and flexible application of polymer optical fiber luminous fabric according to the danger level of the current working environment or personal needs. |
