| In this paper,propylene ol was used as starch plasticizer material to mix starch and PBAT under different types of expansion agent prepared by double screw extruder,and the tensile properties,morphological structure,crystallization properties and thermal stability of the blend material were analyzed to prepare starch and PBAT blend materials with excellent performance.The compatibilizers include reactive silane coupling agent KH-540,ADR-4386C,epoxy resin(EP),nonreactive modified polyester(WPT),and PBAT-g-MA.The main contents are shown as follows:The influence of the processing temperature on the tensile properties and morphology of starch and PBAT blend materials shows that the processing temperature is too low or too high,which has a great influence on the properties of the blend materials.When the processing temperature is 150℃and the tensile strength reaches 15.5MPa,the phase interface distribution is more uniform.Combined with the processing temperature conditions,the starch and PBAT blending system were further studied to improve the compatibility between starch and PBAT blending system,and different types of compatibilizing agents were selected.The results show that reactive epoxy resin(EP)and non-reactive modified polyester(WPT)can effectively improve the compatibility of TPS/PBAT blend materials.The dispersed phase PBAT can be evenly dispersed in the starch continuous phase matrix,which improves the adhesion of the two-phase interface,and improves the tensile strength of the blending system by about 2-5Mpa.Study the effect of reactive epoxy resin(EP)on the properties of starch and PBAT.To study the influence of different PBAT content on the tensile properties and morphological structure of starch and PBAT blend system,The optimal ratio of starch and PBAT,S75P25,On this basis,EP was introduced to increase the capacity of the blend materials,To study the influence of the fier content in the blending system,The results indicate that the introduction of EP,Reduce the phase size of TPS/PBAT/EP blend material,And is more continuous;When the EP content was 0.5%,Increasing the tensile strength of the blend material to 16.6MPa,Break elongation was 97.4%,Its crystallization did not change significantly;TPS/PBAT/EP blend material gradually changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic;Along with the addition of the EP,On the basis of increased capacity,Reacting with the hydroxyl group of starch,Further reduce the thermal decomposition temperature of the starch phase.The effect of WPT content on the performance of starch and PBAT blend system was investigated.The effect of WPT content on the blending system properties of starch and PBAT was further studied.The results show that according to the 13C-NMR analysis,the sulfonic acid group in WPT and the hydroxyl group in starch have chemical shift,indicating that there is a strong polar effect between WPT and starch.When the WPT content is 10%,the peak fracture strength is 18.2MPa,and the fracture elongation is 64.1%,and the two phases show a penetrating morphological structure,which greatly improves the compatibility of the two phases.With the increase of WPT content,the crystallization capacity of TPS/PBAT/WPT blend showed a decreasing trend.On the basis of the above research,WPT was selected as a compatibilizer to further explore the IST/PBAT/WPT blending system.By improving starch affinity and processibility,we studied the influence of different PBAT content on the tensile properties and phase morphology of TPS/PBAT blend system.The results show that the mechanical properties of IS85P15 blending system are improved,and the morphology and structure of starch and PBAT are dispersed continuously together.On this basis,compatifier WPT was introduced to increase the capacity of blending materials and study the influence of WPT content on the performance of blending system.The results show that 6%WPT achieved excellent effect on the blend materials,with the tensile strength of IS85P15W6 increased to 16.7MPa and the fracture elongation increased to 107.5%.With the addition of WPT,the tensile toughness of the sample was significantly improved.After the expansion of WPT,the thermal stability of the blend system decreased,and the crystallinity of the blend system with WPT was lower. |
