Problems And Countermeasures Of Remediation And Treatment Of Heavy Metal Polluted Cultivated Land In Xiangyin County

Hunan Province is known as "a land of fish and rice" and "a land of non-ferrous metals".Rich mineral resources have brought rich economic benefits to Hunan Province.At the same time,with the development and expansion of industry and mining,heavy metals have infiltrated into soil and water,seriously damaged the surrounding ecological environment system,caused the accumulation of heavy metals in cultivated land,and then caused the pollution of heavy metals in grain.In order to effectively control the cultivated land polluted by heavy metals,the county Party committee and government actively promoted the restoration and treatment of the cultivated land polluted by heavy metals.In 2019,a two-year pilot project for the restoration and treatment of the cultivated land polluted by heavy metals was launched in 10 towns and townships of the county.Based on the heavy metal polluted farmland restoration and treatment project in Xiangyin County,this paper carried out relevant research on the restoration and treatment of heavy metal polluted farmland.Firstly,this paper introduces the related concepts of the project,as well as the research background and significance of the remediation and treatment of heavy metal polluted cultivated land.Then,it reflects the current situation of heavy metal cadmium pollution in Xiangyin County from three aspects: the characteristics of heavy metal cadmium pollution in cultivated land,the overall pollution degree of cadmium pollution in paddy fields and the distribution of heavy metal cadmium pollution in paddy fields;Then from the historical level,the economic level,the technical governance level,the rural social environment level and the laws and regulations level,this paper expounds the Governance Dilemma of heavy metal pollution in the cultivated land of Xiangyin County.In view of these problems,the distribution of heavy metal cadmium pollution in Xiangyin County was analyzed through the collected data,the difficulties encountered in the control of heavy metal pollution in Xiangyin County were understood through the search for relevant data and field visits,the management mode of "government led + main body implementation +third-party supervision" adopted in the control of heavy metal polluted cultivated land in Xiangyin County was investigated,and the role of each part in the implementation of the project was analyzed.Based on the advanced experience of remediation of heavy metal polluted farmland at home and abroad,combined with the specific problems encountered in the remediation of heavy metal polluted farmland in Xiangyin County,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the remediation of heavy metal polluted farmland in Xiangyin County.
