| Triarrhena lutarioriparia is a unique fiber energy plant in China, which has been widely used in the papermaking field. As the paper industry in the Dongting Lake area seriously threatened the quality of the local ecological environment, the Dongting Lake area implemented ecological management to shut down the paper industry. As a result,a lot of Triarrhena lutarioriparia has been abandoned, and people turned their attention to the new resource utilization method of Triarrhena lutarioriparia.Asparagus noodles,as a new way of resource utilization of Triarrhena lutarioriparia,it is of great significance to comprehensively evaluate the environment and economy. This study uses Life Cycle Assessment and Life Cycle Cost analysis to evaluate the resource consumption, environmental impact and economic benefits of asparagus noodles in the life cycle process.By collecting enterprise production data, constructing a life cycle list based on the actual production status of asparagus noodles, launching the evaluation of life cycle characterization results and standardized results, and identifying key links that produce environmental impacts. The results of the life cycle assessment study show that the severity of environmental impacts of each type of environmental impact in descending order are global warming potential, depletion of non-biological resources, human toxicity, eutrophication, acidification, freshwater ecotoxicity, and photochemical ozone synthesis. They accounted for 27.59%,27.10%,14.22%,13.05%,10.37%,8.13% and-0.45% of the total environmental impact value respectively.Global warming potential and depletion of non-biological resources are the main types of environmental impacts that cause environmental impacts. The results of the life cycle development stage show that the process of producing wheat flour and transporting wheat flour has the greatest impact on the environment, and their environmental impact values ??account for 51.60% and 34.54% of the total environmental impact values, respectively.Sensitivity analysis results show that reducing the environmental impact of the process of producing wheat flour, the impact of global warming potential and non-biological resource depletion can be reduced by 8.67% and 8.83%,respectively,while reducing the environmental impact of the process of transporting wheat flour, global warming potential and The impact of depletion of non-biological resources can be reduced by 4.54% and 5.46%respectively.Choosing cleaner-produced wheat flour manufacturers, shortening the transportation distance of wheat flour, and increasing the utilization rate of electric energy are effective means to reduce the environmental impact of the life cycle. The results of the life cycle cost analysis study show that the economic cost of producing 1,000 kg of asparagus noodles in simple or high-quality packaging is higher than ordinary noodles, but its profit is much higher than ordinary noodles. The results of the comparative analysis of asparagus noodles and ordinary noodles show that the total environmental impact of asparagus noodles is similar to that of ordinary noodles, but the economic benefits of asparagus noodles are better than ordinary noodles.Promoting the production of asparagus noodles will help promote the economic development of the Dongting Lake area.In addition, the production of asparagus noodles can achieve the purpose of rational use of Triarrhena lutarioriparia resources, and play a significant role in promoting the development and utilization of Triarrhena lutarioriparia. This study provides a new solution for evaluating the rational use of Triarrhena lutarioriparia resources. |
