Refinery column model plays an important role in chemical process simulation.The refinery column model with strict method is usually highly nonlinear and not easy to converge,so it is not suitable for actual online production and scheduling.The suitable simplified refinery column model can complete the calculation quickly and easily,return the important parameters needed by the plant,meet the actual production scheduling,product yield and quality prediction and other requirements.Common industrial models of simplified process can be divided into simplified mathematical model based on process principle and black box model based on data-driven modeling.However,the simplified mechanism model is often based on various presuppositions and there is usually a certain gap with the reality.However,data-driven model has high requirements on data,and the data outside the range of training data set will lead to excessive calculation deviation.At present,most of the existing simple refinery column modules in chemical simulation software adopt the mechanism model and are not associated with the actual operation data,and it is difficult to calculate the specific component flow of each product based on the data model,so it is not suitable to be used as the unit module of chemical simulation software.In order to avoid the disadvantages of both,this study combined the mechanism model with the actual data to develop a simple refinery column model based on hybrid modeling to realize the refinery column simulation with adjustment of operating variables or changing working conditions.In the Visual Studio 2010 software programming environment,C++ programming language is used to develop a simple refinery column model based on CAPE-OPEN standard,which can be applied to the online calculation and production scheduling of actual refineries.Firstly,a simple refinery column mechanism model based on separation factor method is developed,which is suitable for integration in chemical process simulation software.The mechanism model simplifies the refinery column into a continuous separation unit.According to the relationship between the proportion of each group and the boiling point in the separation process,the fractional flow of each group can be quickly separated and calculated by using model parameters such as cutting temperature,yield and separation factor,which can better simulate the incomplete separation process of components near the product cutting point.On the basis of the developed mechanism model,the parameter correction function is added,and the product index data in the actual data is used to correct the gap between the model parameters and the actual data.Secondly,a simple refinery column model based on hybrid modeling is developed by combining the actual data with the mechanism model.The radial basis interpolation technique was used to correlate the data of operation variables with the model parameters.The cubic radial basis function interpolation is used to predict the product under changing operating variables or working conditions.Then,the development of simple refinery column module based on CAPE-OPEN.Using C++ programming language in Visual Studio 2010 software,the unit module conforming to CAPE-OPEN process modeling standard specification is developed.Completed the creation of unit module,the compilation of model algorithm,user-friendly operation interface and calculation result interface,and verified that it could be called on the self-developed domestic process simulation software OPEN.Finally,an example of the whole process of the atmospheric and decompression unit was used to verify the results,and the results were compared with the actual values and Aspen simulated values.The results show that the parameter correction function reduces the mean relative error between the calculated value and the actual value to less than 2% under different working conditions.The developed simple refinery column model has a fast simulation calculation speed,and each column completes the calculation in about 0.2 seconds.The results are similar to those calculated by Aspen.The deviation of each column product is mostly within 3%,and the trend of distillation curve is consistent.Relative to the actual value,the calculated error is mostly less than 6%,which is within the allowable error range of engineering.Moreover,the calculated results of Aspen and OPEN are basically the same as the mean value of the actual relative error.To sum up,the simple refinery column developed in this paper combines actual data with hybrid modeling,avoids the defects of single mechanism model or data-driven model,and realizes online multi-operating condition product prediction,which provides a better method for refinery simulation online calculation.The simple oil refinery column model developed based on CAPE-OPEN standard has important industrial application value,and further improves the relevant functions of domestic simulation software.
