With the rapid development of science and technology,the performance and quality of tires are also improving day by day.Tire mould is the key equipment for tire vulcanization building,and its quality level determines the use performance of tires.During the vulcanization process,the green tire expands under the pressure of curing press,and directly contacts with the segment to build the tire tread and pattern,so the performance of the segment better guarantees the superiority of the tire quality.This topic takes the segment in tire mould as the research object,and uses the method of combining relevant theoretical knowledge and finite element simulation to explore the heat transfer performance,mechanical performance and vent performance of the bionic block pattern flow field,providing theoretical basis and guidance for the design of the segment.The main research work is as follows:(1)ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the heat transfer of X1188 tire segmented mould,and the cloud chart of temperature distribution for segment is obtained.With the temperature distribution uniformity,symmetry and warm up time as the starting point,the heat transfer process and heat transfer mechanism of the segment is analyzed,from the four aspects of the warming time,the point temperature,the direction of heat flow and path.The influence of multi-temperature zone of the steam chamber,structural optimization of the segment,material selection and fitting mode on the temperature distribution and heat transfer law of the inner surface of the segment is explored.(2)The overall sequential thermo-mechanical coupling analysis on the X1188 tire segmented mould is carried out,and the cloud chart of equivalent stress and displacement distribution of the mould is obtained.The method of combining the whole and the part is used to carry out the stress analysis on the whole and key parts of the mould.On this basis,the mechanical properties of the segment is studied and the mechanism of force is analyzed,and the influence rules of different contact surfaces,fitting modes,structural optimization,material selection and number of segment on stress and displacement is obtained.(3)Based on the principle of bionics,a bionic block pattern is designed,its structure and advantages are studied and analyzed,and vent holes are reasonably designed.With vent hole parameters as the control variables,the FLUENT fluid analysis software is used to comprehensively analyze the flow law of gas in the pattern cavity and vent hole,from the aspects of fluid domain,vent hole velocity,turbulent kinetic energy,flow trace,etc.The influence of the number,diameter and scheme of vent holes on the vent performance of pattern flow field is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of similar pattern vent holes.
