In the current environment, science and technology presents a leapfrog development forward, the manufacturing industry taking advantage of the express train of scientific and technological progress, constantly carrying out industrial upgrading and technological innovation. As industrial upgrading brings products into the market, pollutants also accompany them, significant impact on the environment.Phosphorus is the"outstanding"among various pollution sources. At present, more than 40%of water systems in the same waters have broken the threshold of phosphorus, lead to the destruction of the original ecological balance.Excessive phosphorus content in the water is one of the factors causing this situation. For water purification, ensuring water quality and safety is particularly important. So the study of lanthanide adsorbents, efficient adsorption of various concentrations of phosphorus containing wastewater.Mainly on the following aspects of research:Using the hydrothermal synthesis technology, lanthanum nitrate(La(NO33)was used as the lanthanum source, hexamethyltetramine was responsible for providing the carbonate and hydroxyl groups in the structure, and glycol and water were mixed as the solvent.By controlling the reaction time, reaction temperature and solvent ratio, the basic lanthanum carbonate nanospheres with a size range of 150nm-1μm and multidimensional structure were successfully prepared. The prepared nanospheres are assembled from nanorods of uniform thickness. The nanospheres have full structure, uniform distribution and excellent dispersion. There are a large number of pores between the nanorods, providing a large number of adsorption sites for phosphate adsorption. After that, the basic lanthanum carbonate nanospheres prepared by Muffle furnace were annealed at high temperature to remove the organic solvents remaining on the surface during the reaction process,so that the adsorption sites were fully exposed and the adsorption properties of the materials were enhanced. The basic lanthanum carbonate nanomaterial synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis was used as the precursor, which was calcined by Muffle furnace at 780℃and held for 2h.The H2O and CO2 in the basic lanthanum carbonate were removed, and the lanthanum oxide hollow nanomorbs with multidimensional structure were obtained. The nanomaterial maintained the three-dimensional hierarchical structure of the original nanomicrospheres.Morphologically,it was found that the particle sizes of the nanomaterials tended to be the same through high temperature annealing, and cavities appeared, forming a hollow structure.Through the simulated adsorption test,it has excellent phosphate adsorption in the water environment, with low concentration of complete adsorption performance, the removal efficiency of low concentration of phosphate wastewater can reach 99%,and it has better stability.
