| In recent years,carbon emissions around the world have reached new highs repeatedly,among which the transportation industry accounts for a significant proportion of the total emissions.All parts of the country have begun to implement orderly policies to reduce carbon emissions.In order to achieve the goal of "carbon neutrality" and solve the energy crisis earlier,mankind began to develop to the field of new energy.As a kind of new energy,methanol fuel cells may become the leading development direction of new energy in the future.In the process of researching methanol fuel cells,a methanol fuel cell testing equipment is urgently needed.Based on the above background requirements,a methanol fuel cell output characteristics test equipment is designed in this paper,which is mainly composed of the main control unit,voltage data acquisition unit,current data acquisition unit,fuel level data acquisition unit,wireless communication unit and system equipment display unit.The main control unit uses STM32F103RCT6 as the system core processor;Voltage and current data acquisition are respectively converted into analog signals through voltage transformer and current transformer,and then converted into digital signals through AD and sent to the master controller for data processing.The liquid level height data of methanol fuel in the fuel tank can be obtained through the liquid level sensor module.The ratio between the volume and height of the fuel tank can be calculated at the early stage,and the remaining volume in the fuel tank can be calculated through the liquid level height data obtained by the liquid level sensor.The estimation of the residual energy generation of methanol fuel cells is different from that of traditional batteries.The residual energy generation of methanol fuel cells is estimated according to the volume of the remaining fuel.During the normal operation of test equipment,the accuracy of data acquisition may be affected by external interference.This system design uses Kalman recursive filtering algorithm and first-order hysteresis filtering algorithm to eliminate external interference.These filtering algorithms can remove unnecessary noise and interference signals,but at the same time can also retain some important information in the original signal,so that the processed data is closer to the real value.The design of the measured data in line with the national industrial display instrument accuracy level GB/T 13283-2008 standard 0.02 level.After the data is processed by the main controller,the methanol fuel cell output data is displayed on the system display screen in real time,and the data is transmitted to the master computer software for storage through the Lo Ra wireless communication unit.Through the developed PC software of methanol fuel cell output characteristics,the data processing is more flexible and the memory available for storage is larger.The PC software can draw the data changes of methanol fuel cell into a line chart for the convenience of staff to view;In addition,the upper computer software can store the data in Excel to check the historical working state data of methanol fuel cells.The test environment of methanol fuel cell output characteristic test system was built in the laboratory,and the basic functions of the equipment were all in normal operation.Through the analysis of experimental methanol fuel level,output voltage and current results,it is found that the voltage output error of the device is less than ± 2%.The detection current output error is less than ± 1%;The error of detected fuel level is less than ±2 %;Comprehensive analysis shows that the methanol fuel test system equipment developed in this subject can meet the design requirements of technical indicators,and the data accuracy requirements can meet the national test instrument accuracy level GB/T 13283-2008 standard level 0.02.At the same time,the repeatability and stability of the methanol fuel cell output test equipment were verified by experiments.Finally,the data analysis results showed that the equipment had high accuracy in operation and could run stably for a long time.By collecting the data information of methanol fuel cell output characteristics,methanol fuel cell R&D personnel can fully explore the information in the mass data;By looking at the relationship between energy generation and fuel consumption of methanol fuel cells,researchers can study fuel consumption and electricity production of methanol fuel cells,and can calculate energy efficiency of fuel cells,that is,the efficiency with which energy from fuel is converted into electricity.This is important for evaluating the economy and usefulness of fuel cells.By changing the allocation ratio of liquid fuel to each group,the energy conversion rate of fuel cells can be improved to achieve the goal of reducing the use of fuel and reducing emissions,so as to maximize the conversion benefit of limited fuel resources.The design and application of methanol fuel cell output characteristic test system will provide big data support for the research and development,optimization and application of fuel cells.The experimental test shows that the equipment is accurate,cost-effective compared with other products,and has a higher market application value and prospects. |
