As demand for sustainable living increases and public policy is strongly supported,green building materials are on the rise with wide perspectives.Phosphogypsum is a by-product of phosphoric acid production and one of the largest producers of gypsum waste.Its storage capacity increases day by day,but its effective rate of use is very low,which is becoming an increasingly serious environmental problem.Without proper handling,it will not only cause serious pollution and damage to the environment,but also become the largest"roadblock"for the industrial sector to meet the"dual carbon"target.To develop the large scale phosphogypsum processing technology and its application in green building materials,to meet the needs of the time and sustainable development,and to provide theoretical research and technical support for the resource treatment of phosphogypsum and its development and application in green building materials with a focus on the preparation of concrete compression track brick technology following the benign treatment of phosphogypsum.New research points and ideas:After an innocuous treatment,phosphogypsum is used to replace some of the cement as feedstock,and sand,stone,fly ash,mineral powder,additives,and water are added to prepare new pavement compression raceway bricks with strengths of up to C_C40 and C_C60.And determine its resistance to compression,bending,wear,water absorption,permeability and freezing and thawing.Once it meets the requirements of the national standards,it can be put into everyday use as a pavement brick,which not only can provide a practical solution for the chemical phosphorus industry to solve the problem of environmental pollution and land tenure of phosphorus gypsum,but also reduce the cost of daily brick preparation of concrete pavements,and help in the development of new green building materials,thus providing the local economy,society Resources and environment have contributed.By investigating the basic properties of phosphogypsum,the design of the concrete pavement brick mix prepared from phosphogypsum,and testing and analyzing the basic properties of phosphogypsum concrete pavement bricks,the pavement brick process of phosphogypsum concrete is discussed and investigated.(1)Carry out basic attribute analysis and research on the main phosphogypsum research material used in the experiment,possible pollution hazards,as well as XRD and SEM analysis of experimental microscope images of phosphogypsum,provide baseline data and conditions for the subsequent application of innocuous phosphogypsum pretreatment technology.(2)Perform an orthogonal test on the mix ratio of concrete bricks below the reference strength and analyze the results of the optimization search to reach the optimum mix ratio design.The next step is to determine the optimum mix ratio group of concrete pavement bricks across the proportion of different phosphogypsum in the cement content and to determine if the compressive strength reaches the target design strength.(3)Finally,the basic properties of the prepared phosphogypsum concrete pavement brick specimens were tested and characterized,including the detection and analysis of compressive strength,flexural strength,water absorption,water permeability,wear resistance,and freeze-thaw resistance;The characterization test is the detection and analysis of phosphogypsum concrete pavement bricks by XRD and SEM.The main conclusions obtained from the study are as follows:The concrete pavement brick prepared from industrial solid waste phosphogypsum meets the design expectations in terms of compressive strength and flexural strength,and its water absorption,permeability,wear resistance,and freeze-thaw properties can meet the standard requirements.The process design is reasonable and simple,and has production and application feasibility.This provides a new research and application idea and direction for the research and application of phosphogypsum resource treatment technology in new green building materials;It can significantly eliminate the storage problem of phosphogypsum,solve the environmental pollution problems caused by phosphogypsum,and achieve sustainable utilization of resources,turning waste into treasure,with economic,social and environmental benefits,as well as research and academic benefits.Therefore,the research and application of new technology for phosphogypsum concrete pavement brick has considerable practical significance.
