| As one of the six major engineering subfields in the field of materials and chemicals,textile engineering has a pivotal position in China.With the "Made in China 2025" and the advent of the "machine for people" era,the automation equipment in the production and processing of textile materials has become more and more popular,but there are still big problems in the automation interface between equipment and equipment,and enterprises have more or less appeared "automation silo" phenomenon.Especially the turning process of textile material printing and dyeing stage.After the automated production of textile materials,before the automated printing and dyeing,they all need to be turned over,which is still done by a large number of manual operations.To address this bottleneck of textile material turning,this paper designs a set of intelligent control system for the turning process equipment with the long-rolled textile material as the research object,and upgrades the traditional turning process to a certain extent,so that it can connect the upstream and downstream automation equipment,and then can improve the overall automation level of textile material printing and dyeing stage to a certain extent.In this paper,the intelligent control system of long reel textile material turning equipment combines automatic control technology,machine vision technology,configuration process monitoring and other technologies,which can complete the automation of processes such as loading,stacking,hauling,turning and bundling in the turning process of textile materials,and can successfully detect whether there are defects in textile materials during the work,and realize the intelligent control of the turning process of textile materials.The main innovative work done in this paper is as follows.1,the traditional "manual + machine assisted" turning surface upgrade to automatic turning surface.At present,although the textile material turning process has some mechanical auxiliary equipment,but still can not be separated from a large number of manual operations,in response to this pain point,this paper designed a set of turning process equipment intelligent control system,the control system on the basis of programmable logic controller,drive synchronous belt servo motor instead of manual,the long roll of cylindrical textile materials on the stainless steel sleeve and at the same time drive the stacking trolley for stacking,the whole roll of The textile material is completely covered with the sleeve,and then the wind system is controlled to combine with it to automatically turn the surface,and in the process of turning the surface,sensors,light curtains and other technologies are used to make detection judgments to assist in the deceleration,acceleration and stopping of servo motors and other related devices,so as to ensure the normal and safe operation of the system.The system designed in this paper can be matched with other automation equipment upstream and downstream of the process after perfection to realize the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the traditional turning process to a certain extent.2,the application of machine vision in the turning process to detect defects in textile materials.At present,most of the textile material defect detection is concentrated in the woven production as well as the finished product stage,and mostly as a separate detection equipment.This paper explores the application of machine vision-based defect detection for textile materials in the turning process with long rolls of textile materials as the research object.When the system is used for textile material defect detection,the image of long rolled textile material is firstly acquired by industrial camera,then the image segmentation method of Open CV is used to process the material image and locate the basic region of defects by ROI method,finally,the basic region of defects in the image of long rolled textile material is combined with edge detection algorithm,color clustering method and template matching method,and the basic region of defects in the image of long rolled textile material is compared with various defect templates determined in advance.Finally,combining with edge detection algorithm,color clustering method and template matching method,the defect basic area in the long rolled textile material image is processed and feature calculation is performed with various defect templates determined in advance,so as to realize the defect detection of long rolled textile material and send signals to PLC system for timely stop.This part of the research can provide new ideas to solve the problem of wasted resources in the turning process,help optimize the traditional turning process,and improve the automation and intelligence of the turning process line in the printing and dyeing stage to a certain extent.The intelligent control system of the long-rolled textile material turning process equipment designed in this paper can solve part of the bottleneck problem of textile material turning process,and to a certain extent solve the serious disconnection between the processes of the textile material printing and dyeing stage automation equipment.And the system is expected to provide a new technical solution for the realization of continuous and efficient intelligent integrated production line in textile manufacturing after optimization and upgrading in the future. |
