| With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,fishery environment and biodiversity have been affected by industrial wastewater.Fishery environment sensor for real-time monitoring of water pollutants,minimize the effects of pollutants on environment and human health have important application significance.Development of sensing and monitoring technology for fishery environment The sensitivity of the sensor to target pollutants and the signal transmission of the sensor in the extreme fishery environment are limited Pass the fidelity.Furthermore,it restricts environmental monitoring and fishery ecological guarantee in Chinese waters.In this study,we first developed ionic liquid gel which was used as adsorbents for one-step enrichment of pollutants in water environment are to be tested for rapid enhancement Substance concentration to enhance the sensitivity of sensor recognition has important significance.Sensor information for extreme fishing environments.The signal transfer fidelity is susceptible to large impact forces.We developed a coated stretchable guide using liquid metal.In order to solve the problem that the traditional rigid conductive interconnection connected with the sensor is easy to break when subjected to large strain which leads to the problem of signal distortion.Furthermore,we introduce magnetic nano particles into stretchable conductor.On the basis of realizing the stability of sensor signal under large strain,further give the stretchable conductor the unique properties of magnetic healing and magnetic manipulation to meet the fishing environment sensor more diversified application scenarios.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:1.In this chapter,polymer ionic liquid gels are prepared for one-step enrichment and extraction of fishery environmental pollutants.The ionic liquid gel was directly added to the samples containing malachite green as adsorbent,and the electrostatic interaction between the anionic salt and the target malachite green cation was used to achieve one-step dye adsorption extraction.Compared with the traditional adsorption extraction method,this method is simple,rapid and cost saving in the preparation of adsorption materials.In the process of pigment adsorption detection,it only needs to test the absorbance of malachite green in the solution after adsorption and desorption,and the pigment content of the sample can be timely determined in situ,eliminating the complicated steps of traditional pretreatment,so as to rapidly improve the sample concentration and enhance the sensitivity of the sensor.2.In this chapter,liquid metal and silver nanowires are used as conductive coatings,and gel substrate is used as elastic support for stretchable conductors.The silver nanowires were deposited on the surface of the gel substrate by vacuum-extraction filtration,and the liquid metal was suspended on the surface of the gel substrate to form a new composite structure of the liquid metal island-silver nanowires,in which the liquid metal provided the required conductivity and the silver nanowires provided the compensation during the stretching of the conductor,thus forming a fully flexible stretchable conductor with low resistance.The stretchable conductor has excellent tensile and stable mechanical and electrical properties.It has a high initial conductivity of 2.6×105 S cm-1,more than 2,200%ultimate tensile property,and stably maintains a low resistance of 1.4Ωto withstand up to 400 cyclic tensile tests,with negligible changes in resistance with strain.Cytotoxicity and skin irritability tests have demonstrated that stretchable conductive materials have no adverse effects on biological tissues,supporting the development of monitoring sensors for some aquatic animals.3.We use two materials,liquid metal and magnetic Fe3O4,to mix liquid metal and magnetic fluid through shearing and stirring,and then volatilize the solvent to obtain magnetically doped liquid metal.Magnetically doped liquid metal(MDLM)has a conductivity of 105S/m,which can be patterned on the base by photoetching mask to form a clear conductive imprint,which facilitates the machining operability.The magnetically doped liquid metal can still conduct electricity under water,compared with the circuit breaking caused by the agglomeration of the conductive layer of liquid metal when it meets water.Magnetically doped liquid metal stretchable conductors have excellent mechanical and electrical properties,i.e.little change in resistance after cyclic stretching at 200%strain.The magnetic response of magnetically doped liquid metal stretchable conductor can be controlled by magnetic field,which is very important for the remote control of conductor. |
