Potato(Solanum tuberosum L.)is an annual herb in the Solanaceae family, and as a major food and vegetable crop in China, the planted area has been increasing year by year, making it the fourth most important food crop after wheat, rice and corn. The rapid development of the potato industry has led to a gradual expansion of the planted area, and long-term continuous cropping practices have led to an increase in soil-borne diseases of potatoes year by year.Soil-borne diseases not only affect the quality of potatoes, but also pose a serious threat to potato yields.Biofumigation is a green, environmentally friendly and promising control measure that has the potential to become a widely used method in the future. In this study,we chose western bluebells as the test material to investigate the effect of biofumigation with two different water contents of western bluebell residues and the addition of biocontrol bacteria on the pathogenic bacteria of the main soil-borne diseases of potato, the effect on the occurrence of soil-borne diseases and potato growth;at the same time,we developed a tablet with western bluebell residues as raw material to provide new measures for further use of this technology to prevent and control soil-borne diseases of potato. The main research results are as follows:1.Indoor fumigation tests showed that dried western bluebell residues at different temperatures had certain inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth of Verticillium dahliae,Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizoctonia solani Kühn,and could significantly reduce the mycelial The best biofumigation effect was achieved by drying at 50°C.2.Indoor pot tests showed that soil fumigation with Rhizoctonia solani had a significant inhibitory effect on three soil-borne diseases of potato. The combination of western bluebells with biocontrol bacteria at different water contents promoted potato plant growth and dry matter accumulation, and also reduced the incidence and disease index of the three potato diseases. There was a significant inhibition of the number of Verticillium dahliae and Fusarium in the soil.3.Field trials showed that two different water contents of western bluebells with biocontrol bacteria had good control effect on potato soil-borne diseases, and also had significant effect on potato yield increase. The effect of using fresh broccoli residues was higher than that of dried broccoli. The effect of adding two kinds of biocontrol bacteria at the same time was better than that of adding a single biocontrol bacteria.4.Based on the development of flos cellosum residual tablets, the formula of flos cellosum tablets was screened through the determination of five tablet indexes of dried flos cellosum residual tablets: 20 g dried cilanthus powder,0.3 g polyvinylpyrrolidone,20 m L30% alcohol,0.1 g citric acid and 0.12 g magnesium stearate. After fumigating the soil, the number of pathogenic bacteria in the soil can be reduced.
