| Mechanical vision is to process and analyze picture information through computer simulation of human visual function.The positioning function can help technical personnel save the operation time of artificial positioning when replacing the production of products.The defect detection function can replace the factory inspector to carry out various kinds of product testing,so as to realize the intelligent industrial production.Aiming at the requirements of assembly and detection in the process of automatic production,this paper develops an intelligent assembly equipment which integrates positioning,assembly and detection based on mechanical vision,including various modules of mechanical design,motion control,circuit design and vision system.The equipment assembly positioning and detection accuracy is high,the working speed is faster than skilled workers,can work steadily for a long time.The main research results are as follows:(1)Analyze the assembling and testing process of the computer motherboard by the machine,design the mechanical structure that meets the requirements,and make the automatic battery labeling machine composed of work area,buffer area,label area,battery area and battery feeding area.According to the space limitation of the station,the storage board,flow board,assembly,detection,label,battery and other functions are designed on the basis of non-interference,to achieve high speed and safe operation,through the demand selection of manipulator to meet all kinds of work movements and mechanical accuracy of 0.05 mm..(2)According to the various functions required on the machine,write the upper computer operation software of the total control of the machine,complete the main movement work of taking labels,labeling,taking batteries,loading batteries through the manipulator,design the required circuit board and write the single chip computer program of running functions,to meet the movement control of the label,battery turnover,lifting shaft lifting,track expansion and other parts.To meet the requirements of different motherboard production and assembly process.And choose the appropriate single chip chip design circuit board to control the motor,solenoid valve,cylinder,air nozzle,sensor,etc.,to complete the composition of the whole control system.(3)Design the layout of the visual system of upper vision and lower vision according to the reserved distance in space design and the features of the objects taken.Selection should be made from the types,colors and angles of light sources as well as the types and specifications of cameras to achieve the best lighting shooting effect.Selection of camera lenses should be made from the shooting range,precision requirements,characteristics of detection objects and other aspects to ensure the high quality of the original photos.HALCON was selected as the algorithm software to process images by image algorithms such as gray scale migration,gray value screening,shape template matching,shape feature screening,etc.The positioning and detection functions of the machine vision system were completed,and the visual positioning accuracy reached 0.2mm,the visual detection was stable,and the inspection speed was within 0.1s. |
