With the development of China’s automobile industry,China has become the first automobile production and consumption country in the world.Sheet metal stamping technology is the most core and key technology in automobile manufacturing.With the rapid development of new energy vehicles in China,automobile lightweight has promoted the popularization and application of a series of new materials such as composite molding materials and aluminum alloys in automobile body manufacturing.New materials have the stamping difficulties of difficult forming,complex shape and high resilience.Large multi link mechanical press can meet the stamping requirements of the above materials with its unique operating characteristics;At the same time,rising labor costs,people’s diversified demand for automobiles make the automobile manufacturing industry to put forward higher requirements for equipment production efficiency.The production efficiency and production beat of large-scale automatic stamping production line need to be improved urgently.Among them,the stroke of press slider is an important factor affecting the production beat.Therefore,the research on the stroke of multi connecting rod press is particularly important.In this paper,based on the analysis of the development status,structural characteristics and movement characteristics of the closed multi-link mechanical press,the connecting rod system is disassembled into three secondary mechanisms according to the mechanical structure and operation principle.With the help of complex vector analytic method,the correlation curves of three different parameters of displacement,velocity and acceleration during normal operation are obtained,the kinematic model is established and the kinematic theoretical analysis of the linkage is completed.Taking the links system of LS4-2000 press as the research object,the three-dimensional modeling of each part of the mechanism is carried out by using Solid Works software and the assembly is formed.The three-dimensional assembly is imported into ADAMS simulation software,and the kinematics simulation analysis of the three-dimensional model is carried out by using ADAMS,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the rod system slider are obtained.The parametric model of the links system is established in ADAMS,the design variables are determined,the design variables are designed and studied respectively,and then the key points affecting the press stroke are found.By setting the objective function and optimizing the parameters of key points,while in the range of parameter selection,the optimization objective is to maximize the stroke of the slider,the parametric optimization design based on ADAMS is realized,the corresponding size of the links system is obtained and the eight links system meeting the automation requirements is obtained.It meets the initial optimization objective through theoretical verification.After the implementation of process analysis,finally finished production and put into use and practically enhance the production beat of the punching line.
