| Silica is an important non-metallic material with excellent stability and reinforcing properties used in many applications,such as rubber products,pesticide and fertilizer carriers,feed additives and household chemicals.In recent years,with the development of China’s agricultural products and rubber industries,the demand for silica products has been rising year by year.Optimizing silica drying production technology and improving silica production efficiency is central to the development of the current silica industry scale.The core objective of the improvement of silica drying production technology is based on real-time monitoring of the drying production process and real-time regulation of the drying production process to achieve precise control of the drying production process in real time.In order to solve the current problems of poor control in silica drying production,the current drying control system is required to be improved according to production reality.Based on this research object,this paper proposes a model-free adaptive control system for silica drying based on the actual production of silica drying,combined with advanced control methods.The main research elements are as follows:(1)The research literature and practical application examples on drying production technology and drying control technology domestic and abroad are investigated,and the development trends of drying production and drying control are studied.Based on the actual production of the plant,select reasonable silica drying methods and design a reasonable control scheme.(2)Research and analysis of the silica drying production scheme,the system characteristics of the silica drying production and the characteristics of the parameters in the drying process are studied.Through the analysis of the silica drying production,the control scheme is determined for the secondary drying link in the drying production process,and the overall control scheme design is completed.(3)The control strategies of the drying production control process are investigated and the control theory is investigated to select the final control method.Model-free adaptive controllers are designed for spray drying and fluidized bed drying,respectively.(4)Complete the selection and design of the hardware of the silica drying control system,program the PLC control program,complete the configuration of the humanmachine interface,and commission the entire drying control system for operation.Running tests on the silica drying control system.When the system is in normal operation,there is no backlog of material in the silo,the fluidised bed pressure is stable between-85 Pa and-45 Pa,the moisture content of spray dried silica products is maintained within 12%±1%,and the moisture content of fluidised bed drying is maintained within7±0.5%.The test results show that the model-free controller-controlled drying control system has good control effects and the product indicators are as expected. |
