Alcohols and carboxylic acid derivatives are the most commonly used raw materials in the food and chemical industries.Due to the ubiquitous nature of these raw materials,C-OH cleavage of alcohols and carboxylic acids is considered to be an extremely effective method for providing alkyl and carbonyl groups. However,in the traditional deoxidation reaction,a large amount of by-product triphenylphosphine oxide is usually produced.Organic phosphine compounds are used in many fields.Because of its biological activity,it is widely used in the field of pesticide and pharmaceutical chemistry, and also has a wide range of uses in the field of materials. In the field of organic synthesis,it often appears as a ligand and catalyst in the reaction. Therefore, one of the most important reactions in the difunctionalization of olefins is the reaction involving phosphorus-containing functional groups, because the resulting phosphinylation products can be easily converted into other compounds and have the possibility of modifying drug molecules. However, there is no development in the study of bifunctionalization reactions that simultaneously achieve carbonylation and phosphinylation. In this paper,an efficient three-component reaction of carbonylation-phosphonylation of 2-vinylpyridine compounds under mild conditions was developed. The bifunctionalization reaction of carbonylation-phosphonylation reaction was realized on olefins at the same time. The α,β-acylphosphonyl compounds were obtained in good yield, and the conditions were optimized. The amplification experiments, control experiments, mechanism speculation and transformation experiments were also carried out.It provides a sustainable and practical strategy for the synthesis of new α,β-acylphosphinyl compounds. The synthesis and transformation methods of α,β-acylphosphinyl compounds developed in this paper have potential significance for the later modification of drug molecules.
