In recent years, the impact caused by environmental regulation and African Swine Fever has led to a large number of small and medium-sized farmers quitting and the rapid decline of China’s pig production capacity. The supply shortage caused by this promoted the rapid expansion of some pig breeding enterprises, and gradually turned to pig breeding scale development.Environmental regulation policies make the pig industry in China has gradually formed a "Pigs from the south moved to the north,The pigs in the east were moved to the west" in the layout, but then partitions the implementation of the prevention and control policy limits the traditional "pig" circulation way, seriously hindered the environmental regulation to " Pigs from the north were shipped south,Pigs from the west were shipped east" the development process,at this point, part of our country pig breeding enterprises began to integration of breeding, slaughtering and processing. Then,in the face of the dual impact of environmental regulation and African swine fever, whether the integrated development of pig breeding enterprises can avoid a series of pain points caused by the double impact remains to be further explored. At present, there are still a large number of "small household" breeding in my country. The "company + farmer" breeding model has shown unique advantages in driving the development of farmers and dispersing the environmental pressure and epidemic prevention pressure of over-concentrated large-scale breeding. At the same time, this model is also our country’s future. The key development model of pig breeding.Wen’s company is a typical representative enterprise of the "company +farmer" model. At the same time,Zunyi Wen’s is a typical representative of the transfer of Wen’s pig breeding industry to the western region. Therefore, this article selects Zunyi Wen’s as the research case of this article.Based on the interview materials with Zunyi Wen’s company executives, local agricultural and rural bureau staff and cooperative farmers, this article analyzes how to avoid the double impact through the advantages of vertical integration.Pain point problem. The main research conclusions are as follows:In the breeding process,in response to the environmental pollution and African swine fever after the transfer of live pig production layout,Zunyi Wen’s solution was solved by making full use of the unique advantages of the "company + farmer" model. The specific manifestations are: 1)In avoiding environmental issues,By rationally deploying family farms in the region, using the "combination of planting and feeding" model to realize the utilization of manure resources, and formulating a supervision system to avoid opportunistic behaviors of farmers in order to deal with environmental problems;2)In response to the risk of African swine plague, standardize families Farm management, changes in material transportation and live pig sales plans to deal with African swine fever. In the circulation link,Zunyi Wen’s adjusted the sales market, extended the pig industry chain, and innovated the sales model of products to deal with the distribution problems caused by the district prevention and control measures. From the perspective of response effectiveness, cooperative farmers have stable breeding income, achieved good environmental performance, significantly improved the level of biosafety and epidemic prevention, and promoted the transformation of enterprises to food-oriented enterprises. However, there are still under-standard manure treatments, and supervision needs to be strengthened. The level of control needs to be improved.Based on the above research, this article puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Optimize technical guidance and services to improve farmers’ biosafety prevention and control capabilities;(2)Improve the company’s supervision system and increase the level of standardized production;(3)Improve the environmental supervision mechanism and improve manure The level of pollution treatment;(4)Strengthen government support policies to facilitate the transformation of biosafety hardware facilities;(5)Increase financial support to promote the development of slaughter and processing...
