Based on the requirements of accelerating urbanization in China,the country began to vigorously implement the policy of "advancing the third from the second to the second".Many industrial enterprises involved in pollution in cities stopped production or moved,leaving a large amount of contaminated soil waiting for development,and posing a serious threat to people’s health and the ecological environment.Therefore,whether based on the needs of economic development or environmental protection,many cities in China,especially those with a higher level of economic development,are stepping up efforts to carry out contaminated soil remediation and treatment projects.Different from other construction projects,contaminated soil remediation project has the characteristics of complex remediation process,high secondary pollution risk and high sensitivity.Therefore,introduced in the process of soil bioremediation engineering environmental supervision of professional work,assist the construction unit to repair engineering specifications in whole life cycle of construction,the full implementation of environmental protection,comply with the relevant laws and regulations to conduct a comprehensive supervision and management,so as to let the pollution of soil restoration in protect the ecological environment to the greatest extent,prevent secondary pollution,Finally realize the purpose of economic development of contaminated soil.Compared with many developed countries,China’s exploration of environmental supervision work is late,so far is still in the pilot stage.Moreover,the environmental supervision of contaminated soil remediation project,which is a new construction project,can be based on the existing practical experience.Environmental supervision of contaminated soil remediation projects in China is far from being scientific,standardized and institutionalized,which is in conflict with the urgency of redevelopment of contaminated soil.Therefore,this article is based on our country present stage engineering environmental supervision to the scientific and standardized soil bioremediation method system urgently needs to background,read a great deal of literature,laws and regulations,technical guidance,and participate in the jiangsu province engineering environmental supervision work,a soil bioremediation explored a set of environmental supervision system suitable to China’s present situation,In order to provide reference for the environmental supervision work of the contaminated soil remediation project.(1)Compared with other construction projects,contaminated soil remediation projects have great particularity,so independent supervision mode is required for environmental supervision of contaminated soil remediation projects.(2)When entering the preparatory stage of the contaminated soil remediation project,the environmental supervision unit shall collect all relevant materials of the project and conduct on-site investigation to grasp the information and status of the project.According to the characteristics of the contaminated soil remediation project,the paper analyzes the main points of environmental supervision,formulates the environmental supervision plan,and makes disclosure and communication with other units to improve the environmental supervision rules,so as to make preparations for the construction stage of the contaminated soil remediation project.(3)into the contaminated soil repair engineering construction stage,environmental supervision units should be according to the key points of environmental supervision and control of project information and environmental supervision,and fully repair engineering during the period of construction of all kinds of actual situation,in order to check,inspection,station,monitoring,reporting methods,such as whole process of construction supervision and management,to ensure that all project construction cycle specification,Implement environmental protection measures and work to the letter.
