Preparation And Performance Study Of New Grouting Materials Using Electrolytic Manganese Slag And Multi-source Industrial Solid Waste Material

Industrial solid waste materials refer to various waste slag,dust and other wastes discharged from the production activities of industrial and mining enterprises,such as electrolytic manganese slag,blast furnace slag,fly ash,steel slag,industrial by-product gypsum,etc.In this paper,the new grouting materials are prepared with electrolytic manganese slag,blast furnace slag and fly ash as basic raw materials,and the effects of different admixtures on the new grouting materials,the durability of different ionic concentrations,and the environmental compatibility of the alkali component leaching amount are investigated.The working properties of the slurry of the new grouting materials were studied by flow and setting time tests,and the strength properties of the new grouting materials were studied by strength tests;the microscopic properties of the new grouting materials were studied by XRD,SEM and MIP tests.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The best temperature for calcination of electrolytic manganese slag is 900℃;the best alkali excitation concentration for electrolytic manganese slag is 15 %,and the best alkali excitation concentration for blast furnace slag is 10 %.(2)The flow rate of the new grouting material is positively related to the size of water-cement ratio and negatively related to the content of manganese slag;the setting time increases with the increase of water-cement ratio,and increases and then decreases with the increase of manganese slag content.Superplasticizer water reducing agent has a positive effect on the flow,and has a negative effect on the setting time;cellulose water retention agent will reduce the flow of the slurry,but has little effect on the initial and final setting time;alkali-free quick-setting agent has a significant effect on the flow,with the increase of quick-setting agent content,the slurry almost does not flow,and the setting time is shortened with the increase of content.(3)The strength of the new grouting material decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio,and the strength of the specimen is maximum when the manganese slag content is 10 %,and the change of strength is not significant when the manganese slag content is in the range of 20-50%,and the manganese slag content should not be greater than 50%;the best doping amounts of superplasticizer water reducing agent corresponding to different manganese slag contents are 0.6,0.4 and0.8%,respectively;the best doping amounts of cellulose water retaining agent corresponding to different manganese slag contents The optimum dosing amounts of cellulose water retention agent for different manganese slag contents are 0.4,0.6 and0.2% respectively;the optimum dosing amounts of alkali-free quick setting agent for different manganese slag contents are 4%.When the content of manganese slag is10%,SO42-and Cl-have a promoting effect on the 14 d and 28 d strength of the new grouting material,but the 56 d strength will be inverted;when the content of manganese slag is 30%,the strength of the specimens is maximum when the concentration of SO42-is 0.4%,and the concentration of Cl-has a promoting effect on the strength of the specimens when it does not exceed 0.4%.(4)By XRD and SEM tests,the hydration products of the new grouting materials are mainly C-S-(A)-H gel,N-(C)-S-A-H gel,and quartz,mullite and hydration products such as calcium carbonate,calcium alumina,slaked lime,calcium silicate and sodium sulfate which are not involved in the reaction.(5)To study the laws of water-cement ratio,manganese slag content,admixtures and ionic erosion on the pore characteristics of grouting materials by MIP tests;(6)The leaching amount of alkali component of the new grouting material is decreasing with the increase of the maintenance period age,while the leaching amount of alkali component shows an increase with the increase of the manganese slag content.The leaching amount of alkali component increases with the increase of water reducing agent content;the leaching amount of alkali component increases and then decreases with the increase of water retaining agent content;the increase of quick-setting agent content causes the leaching amount of alkali component to increase and then decrease.
