Research On The Financing Problems And Countermeasures Of Guizhou K Baby Products Compan

In recent years,China has introduced a series of policies to support high-tech enterprises,aiming to promote and stimulate the innovative R&D enthusiasm and innovative input-output efficiency of high-tech companies in China.While high-tech enterprises are increasingly becoming an important driving force of social and economic development,the financing difficulties of some private high-tech enterprises have failed to be better improved and solved,and even the development of some enterprises has been seriously affected as a result.In this context,this paper takes the private high-tech enterprise Guizhou K Baby Products Co.,Ltd.as an example to understand the problems and causes of its financing process,analyse the problems of its financing methods and put forward suggestions,which can be used as a reference when financing similar enterprises of Guizhou K Baby Products Co.This paper first reviews the relevant literature and theories on corporate finance in order to gain a preliminary understanding of corporate financial behaviour.On this basis,the paper uses case studies,qualitative and quantitative methods to analyse the current financing situation of high-tech enterprises and the case subject,Guizhou K Baby Products Co.In order to analyse the financing problems of Guizhou K Baby Products Company Limited,this paper combines relevant literature and Guizhou K Baby Products Company Limited’s own situation,and uses the Z-value model to analyse the company’s financial risks.Then,based on the theory of enterprise life cycle and other theories,this paper further analyses the problems of Guizhou K Baby Products Company Limited’s financing methods and their causes,taking into account the actual operating data of the company.The results of this paper not only provide countermeasures on how to optimise the financing method of Guizhou K Baby Products Co.
