Research On Driving Mechanism Of Industrial Enterprises’ Green Production Behavior Under The Background Of Supply-side Reform

In recent years,the research on the driving force,guiding strategy of industrial enterprises’ green production behavior has become a hot topic of academic research.As an important part of the national economy,Chinese industrial enterprises play an irreplaceable role in promoting the high-quality development of China’s economy,but they still have the problems of high energy consumption,high emissions,insufficient supply of high-end products.Promoting supply-side structural reform is a fundamental solution to achieve high-quality development.It can effectively promote the green production of industrial enterprises,improve their resource utilization efficiency,,promote the structural green transformation of enterprises.At the same time,industrial enterprises will also meet the green demand of the market,enhance their competitiveness,promote green production behavior.This paper aims to explore the driving mechanism of green production behavior of industrial enterprises under the background of supply-side reform,and give specific countermeasures and suggestions to promote the implementation of green production behavior of industrial enterprises.Based on SOR theoretical model framework,combined with new institutionalism theory,resource-based theory and social capital theory,this study sorted out relevant research literature on enterprise green production behavior under the policy background,and combined with the actual green production behavior of industrial enterprises,identified the main factors affecting the green production behavior of industrial enterprises: The analysis framework and conceptual model of "Driving mechanism of industrial enterprises’ green production behavior under the background of supply-side reform" are constructed,and the driving mechanism of industrial enterprises’ green production behavior under the background of supply-side reform is studied from the perspective of policy,ability,willingness and behavior.Next,this paper describes in detail the design of the questionnaire,the investigation process,the distribution and recovery of the questionnaire.Subsequently,SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 software were used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,correlation analysis and full model test of the structural equation model.On the basis of data analysis,further research and discussion are carried out,and finally the following research conclusions and countermeasures are drawn.Conclusions:(1)The strategic driving force of mandatory supply-side reform has a significant positive effect on green production intention,while the incentive supply-side reform has a significant negative effect on green production intention.(2)Green resource capacity has a positive effect on green production intention;(3)Green production intention plays an intermediary role between the strategic driving force of supply-side reform and green production behavior,and green production intention plays an intermediary role between green resource capacity and green production behavior;(4)Green trust has a positive moderating effect between the strategic driving force of supply-side reform and green production intention,green trust has a positive moderating effect between green resource capacity and green production intention,and green trust has no moderating effect between green production intention and green production behavior.Based on the above conclusions,this paper provides suggestions on how to promote green production behavior of industrial enterprises from the two levels of government and enterprises.The most important thing for the government is to strengthen the promoting role of the supplyside reform system,strengthen the guiding role of the government to all subjects,and provide support for the improvement of the green resource ability of industrial enterprises.For enterprises,they should continuously enhance their willingness and behavior of green production,strengthen publicity,enhance consumers’ green trust in concepts and products,and expand and consolidate their consumer groups.
