Aero-engine is a high-end product in the field of equipment manufacturing.Its manufacturing capacity represents a country’s scientific and technological level and comprehensive national strength.As the "heart" of aircraft,its safety and reliability are extremely important.Aero-engine is a very complex aero-thermodynamic rotating machinery.Turbine blades,as one of the core power transmission components,are subjected to severe working conditions and high load and thermal shock,which puts forward higher requirements on the strength,stiffness,fatigue life,heat resistance and other parameters of turbine blades.Gas film holes are regularly distributed on the turbine blade surface.When the engine is working,the cooling gas flowing out through the air film holes forms a layer of gas film on the blade surface to isolate the high-temperature gas and achieve a good cooling effect.Airplane Blade are prone to errors in the casting process,which will lead to clamping positioning errors and contour errors in the electrical machining process of gas film holes,resulting in a decline in the accuracy of hole positions in the machining process,affecting the cooling effect of gas film holes,and thus affecting turbine blades.However,at present,the automation degree and production efficiency of the electric processing line of air turbine blade air film hole are not high,and the errors caused by manual intervention will also affect the processing accuracy of air film hole.Therefore,it is of great significance to build an intelligent production line for the electric processing of air film holes for aero-hair blades,and to correct the contour errors by measuring before punching holes,and to complete the transfer work by industrial robots to reduce manual intervention errors,which is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of air film hole processing.Firstly,according to the analysis of the technological process and production line demand of the gas film hole electromachining,the basic structure of the gas film hole electromachining intelligent production line is determined,including the type and quantity of equipment and the overall layout of the production line.The design of intelligent production line control system scheme,from the function of the control system,to determine the upper computer software equipped with production scheduling algorithm as the control core,the lower computer PLC specific control instructions to the overall framework of the single equipment.On the basis of this control framework,a communication network based on industrial Ethernet is built,which provides the basis for the realization of in-line data exchange.Secondly,it analyzes the operating principle of the control system,sorts out the functional logic,divides the software module,and finally designs and realizes the development of the control system.The upper computer software is developed using C# language based on the Visio Studio development platform.In order to improve the stability and maintainability of the system,the object-oriented software architecture style is adopted.The software is divided into communication module,data processing module,logic control module,stand-alone control module and interface visualization module,and each module is developed successively.Finally complete the development of control software.In the logic control module,the control system controls the production line by integrating production scheduling algorithm and according to the results of the algorithm.The conversion mechanism between production scheduling results and control commands is studied,and the concept of command time axis is proposed to control the system to arrange the processing tasks of the production line according to the production plan.Then,the fault paradigm of production line equipment is studied,and the monitoring index that can reflect the change of equipment status is determined according to the analysis of the possible fault phenomena and causes of the equipment.According to the monitoring index,the equipment data is collected and the data set is constructed,including the normal data set and the fault data set.This paper studies the fault warning method of intelligent production line equipment based on LSTM-SVM,trains the equipment state prediction model based on LSTM and the equipment fault diagnosis model based on SVM,and realizes the equipment fault warning function of the production line.Finally,the black box test method is used to test the control system.The simulation of single machine equipment software is designed,and the simulation and debugging of the production line is completed jointly with Siemens PLC and upper computer control software.The results show that the control system runs stably and the automatic operation of the production line is realized.
