| Organoboron compounds have unique chemical properties and structural characteristics, which can be used for molecular design and synthesis to obtain compounds with specific structures and properties.Functionalization of boron-containing compounds is currently a hot research topic. The author’s main research direction is organoboron compounds. In the first work, deuterium and hydrogen exchange reactions were developed. In the second work,a copper-mediated ring-opening functionalization reaction of cyclic sulfides was developed.Deuterated compounds have unique advantages in analysis, organic chemistry, and pharmaceuticals.Developing deuterated reactions is of great significance for synthesizing target deuterated compounds. The author developed a deuterium exchange reaction using D2O as the deuterium source and the ionic liquid[bmim]PF6as the solvent.Selective H/D exchange at different sp2/sp3C-H positions was successfully achieved in the ionic liquid[bmim]PF6and boric acid system. The author found that a series of different functional groups have good tolerance in this reaction.Organic sulfides have a wide range of applications in biological molecules and pharmaceuticals. The author developed a copper-mediated Chan-Lam process to obtain products of cyclic sulfide deconstruction through a one-pot reaction. This reaction can be used to construct various functionalized sulfides. In addition, the author successfully synthesized a series of vinyl sulfides using a combination of borohydride reduction and ring cleavage with alkynes as starting materials.By trying different carboxylate salts as nucleophiles, the synthesis range of this method was further expanded, demonstrating its value in synthesizing complex sulfur-containing compounds.Various functionalized linear sulfides were successfully obtained using this method, which is of great significance for research and development in related synthesis fields. |
