China has huge coal reserves,ranking the top three in the world.It is the main consumption energy in China at present.With the formation of coal resources,a large amount of gas is also generated.The existence of gas is a double-edged sword.It can not only explode after reaching a certain concentration and threaten the normal production and operation of coal mines and the safety of personnel,but also be used as a green energy recycling to alleviate the problem of energy supply in our country.Therefore,the gas problem has always been an important factor affecting the normal production and operation of China’s coal enterprises.In view of the generally low gas drainage efficiency of most coal mines in China,most scholars are committed to the relevant research on the gas leakage around the gas drainage borehole,and the research on the gas leakage of the pipeline is very little.Therefore,in order to improve the gas drainage efficiency of the mine,the cause analysis and repair technology research on the gas leakage of the gas drainage pipeline are carried out,It is of great significance.This paper takes the gas drainage pipeline as the research object.Firstly,find out the point of gas leakage of gas drainage pipe,analyze the causes of gas leakage,and put forward the solutions to the problems.Secondly,select the appropriate type of flange gasket,and select three different metal skeletons with three different densities of flexible graphite belt gasket to study the compression rebound performance.Finally,3041-1.2g/m3 metal spiral wound gasket with the best compression rebound performance is selected for the flange connection system of gas extraction pipeline;The tightening methods of clockwise flange bolts and diagonal flange bolts are experimentally analyzed,and the bolt tightening methods are optimized to make the stress distribution of the tightened bolts tend to be uniform;Epoxy resin coating was selected as the base material,supplemented by plasticizer,curing agent and other additives to develop a pipeline protective coating material.The approximate content of each material component was determined by single factor test method.A total of 17 groups of tests with three factors and three levels were designed by multi factor test method and design expert 13 software according to the box benhnken test.The ratio of each component was determined by analyzing the impact strength as the response value.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the 2202 face of Changcun Coal Mine of Lu’an Group is selected as the comparison roadway and the test roadway for field test.The gas concentration attenuation rate of roadway gas extraction pipeline using gas leakage repair technology is 20%lower than that of roadway gas extraction pipeline,which effectively improves the mine gas extraction concentration.
