High salt waste water produced by petrochemical industry is the top priority in all the sources of pollution,this part of COD,suspended solids,ammonia nitrogen content in the wastewater were higher than 《Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry》GB31570-2015 emission standards;And the stock sewage into sewage treatment plant for processing,which affect the biological aeration biological sex,and gray water recycle,water quality is the enterprise development "stumbling block".How to efficient,low cost high salt wastewater treatment of new techniques,new technology to become one of the highlights of the present study.This topic research mainly divided into: one is introduced to deal with the high salt circulation water sewage depth of three methods,including: activated carbon adsorption method,fenton catalytic oxidation and ozone oxidation.The second is to use ozone catalytic oxidation method to carry on the pilot test,analyzed the ozone dosing quantity and contrast effects on the quality of the output water.Three is a sewage farm of practical engineering project in and out of the water testing and analysis of the indicators.The main content of the research include: 1,the pilot equipment in and out of the water pollutants were determined;2,for medium filter data in and out of the water suspension and removal rate were determined;3,the ozone catalytic reactor in and out of the water data and the removal rate of COD determination;3,the BAF reaction pool in and out of the water data and removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen determination.The article content includes the catalytic ozone oxidation technology was studied in a treatment plant application and debugging.Including the control of process parameters,ozone oxidation pool an analysis of the selection and testing results of the dosing,strains of BAF reaction pool,the training and testing results of analysis,at the same time after the success of the ozone catalytic oxidation technology was studied for the continuity of the production,analysis and study each processing unit,all kinds of pollutants removal rate and energy consumption.Through the study of the result data analysis,obtained the rationality of technology combination,and make evaluation on the result.
