Oil and gas transportation pipeline is the lifeline of industrial production.The corrosion and leakage of pipeline will seriously affect the production process and even cause major safety accidents.Cathodic protection is the main means to inhibit the electrochemical corrosion of metal pipelines.Cathodic protection test device is a device used to monitor whether cathodic protection is in an effective state.It is a replacement product of traditional cathodic protection test pile.It is different from the field measurement of manual handheld instruments in traditional operation,which can realize the automatic acquisition and wireless transmission of cathodic protection potential.At present,Zhejiang Province has put forward the policy of building smart pipe network,and the cathodic protection test device is gradually being widely used.However,the soil itself is also corrosive,which is easy to cause damage to metal pipelines.To solve this problem,the industry usually evaluates the corrosion grade of the soil where the pipeline is buried,and takes corresponding anti-corrosion countermeasures for the pipeline according to the evaluation results.During this work,relevant personnel are required to bury the soil and test in the pipeline section.However,the burial place of oil and gas pipeline is usually remote,with many snakes and insects,which is very inconvenient to walk.In order to solve this situation and respond to the call for the construction of smart pipe network,this paper proposes a set of soil corrosion analysis scheme of oil and gas pipe network based on cathodic protection test device.The purpose is to remotely obtain the data of soil state and cathodic protection state through automatic acquisition device,complete the judgment of soil corrosion grade,reduce manual participation and promote the comprehensive intelligence of pipeline management.This paper mainly includes the following parts:(1)an improved cathodic protection test device is designed,which can automatically measure soil data and cathodic protection potential and realize remote data transmission DPPM charging scheme is designed to improve power efficiency.(2)Select a section of Zhejiang oil and gas pipeline,collect soil and measurement data on site at the section,and conduct physical and chemical tests in the laboratory to obtain the verification set of soil data.(3)The establishment method and process of the model are introduced,and the evaluation results of soil corrosion grade are displayed and analyzed. |
