Abstract/Summary:
Large screw drill is a split type fully hydraulic drilling rig,widely used in the construction of coal mines in China,mainly mining coal seams with soft and low permeability geological abnormal zones.The acquisition and adjustment of its working status mainly rely on manual observation of physical instruments,empirical analysis and judgment,and operation of hydraulic handles on the vehicle body.This method may not fully and timely understand the operating status of large screw drill;During operation,the drilling personnel cannot stay away from construction positions such as the hole opening,which poses a safety hazard;Problems such as high operational difficulty and poor flexibility.This article aims to design a drilling rig monitoring system that can solve the above problems,and at the same time,the system should meet the needs of underground safety certification and intelligent development of drilling rigs in coal mines.This article analyzes the structural characteristics and installation space limitations of large screw drill itself,and designs the overall scheme of the digital drilling system using a distributed IO architecture;On the basis of the overall plan,the hardware research of the control system based on multi-network integration technology and the software research of the control system based on event triggering mechanism were carried out respectively.The achievement of this article is a digital drilling system that is suitable for the split structure of drilling rigs,with low requirements for installation space,mainly based on industrial Ethernet,and has the characteristics of multi-network integration and software program execution scheduling priority mechanism.This achievement is of great significance for the digital and intelligent upgrading and transformation of drilling rigs.This article mainly focuses on the following aspects of work:Firstly,based on a thorough analysis of the structure and working characteristics of the ZDY22000 LF large screw drill equipment,functional planning such as system measurement point selection,electro-hydraulic upgrading and transformation,operation status monitoring and data storage will be carried out.Based on the distributed IO architecture,the overall scheme of the digital drilling rig system for the large spiral drilling rig will be designed.Secondly,based on the overall plan,conduct research on the hardware design of control systems based on multi-network integration technology.Firstly,design the system hardware structure and the connection relationships between components,then select hardware devices such as PLC modules,pressure sensors,travel sensors,speed encoders,attitude sensors,remote control devices,and mining intrinsic safety human-machine interfaces,finally,design the system circuit diagram based on the selected hardware and component connection relationship.Thirdly,design the system PLC program and human-machine interface software.According to the system hardware scheme and functional requirements,a modular approach is adopted to plan the PLC program structure,study program execution trigger events,optimize program scheduling and execution efficiency using trigger events with different priorities,study the algorithms and programs of each sub functional module,and design a human-machine interaction system.Fourthly,design the installation locations and methods of each hardware component in the system,write experimental objectives and requirements,and conduct system installation experiments.From the experiment,it can be seen that the hardware selection,layout,and installation method of the digital drilling system for the large screw drill are relatively reasonable.The system’s various functions are executed normally,the software runs well,and the data communication is stable,effectively improving the automation,digitization,and networking level of the large screw drill.
