| Green and sustainable development has become the general trend of global future development,and it is also one of the important characteristics of high-quality economic development and civilized society in the future.Environmental protection industry is one of the important focal points of green development,and the most key to the upgrading of environmental protection industry is green technology innovation.Therefore,this paper takes the environmental protection enterprise Zhongyuan environmental protection as an example,deeply studies its green technology innovation behavior,specifically analyzes the impact of green technology innovation on enterprise performance process,hoping to provide some inspiration for other enterprises in the industry to carry out green technology innovation activities in the future.This paper is based on the stakeholder theory,signal transmission theory,the new institutional theory and the theory of sustainable development,set up the theoretical analysis framework,after the application case study method studied the central plains environmental protection green technology innovation comprehensive motivation and influence the performance of the path,and analyzes the green technology innovation behavior on economic performance and enterprise market value.First of all,this paper analyzes the stakeholders of the enterprise green technology innovation behavior,that the pressure of environmental policy and incentive,the industry competition pressure and active green technology innovation,at the same time customers,investors and management for the development of green attention will also promote the enterprise to choose green technology innovation.Secondly,this paper studies the influence of green technology innovation behavior on the enterprise performance,and finds that enterprises can use the enterprise can improve the resource utilization efficiency,reduce the production cost,expand the industry layout,increase the profit space;the green innovation behavior can establish the green enterprise image,bring certain honor,so that the enterprise can be better recognized by the market.Finally,this paper analyzes the economic performance of sales index,profitability,development ability and solvency,comparing it with the industry average;and analyzes the effect of green technology innovation on profitability and development ability,and has a negative impact on its solvency,while the market value of the enterprise is not improved.Through the case analysis of green technology innovation in Zhongyuan environmental protection,this paper believes that green technology innovation is a powerful means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Finally,this paper draws some inspirations for the future development of green technology innovation of other enterprises.Firstly,we should firmly take the determination of green technology innovation and continuously promote the innovation development;secondly,we should ensure the investment of capital,human resources for green technology innovation to improve the technology research and development with the support of capital and talents;Thirdly,we should pay attention to the financial risk of the development of the enterprise,increase the publicity of the green technology innovation,and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise in the future. |
