Because of their chiral tetrahedron structure, sulfoximine compounds exhibit unique biological properties. As a result,it is crucial in many sectors, including asymmetric catalysis, medicine, pesticides, and others. To examine the reaction of sulfoximine N-functionalization,the visible photocatalytic method has also been introduced at this time. The N-functionalization of sulfoximine has been described. The severe reaction conditions, which frequently include specialized ligands or reagents, high catalyst loading, and high temperatures, required by many of the reported synthesis methods. However, usually result in restrictions in the range and usability of the substrates. Therefore,a novel and straightforward synthesis pathway using a variety of basic materials is required. We think it will have a significant impact on how the pharmaceutical industry develops in the future. The research of this paper mainly has the following three parts:1.Investigate fresh approaches to functionalized sulfoximine synthesis.Using photocatalysis with a straightforward structure, inexpensive toluene and NH-sulfoximine.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained by the detection and analysis of response conditions.NH-sulfoximine was synthesized based on thioanisoles. This process can be performed in one pot without the need for intermediary separation and purification, and the basic ingredients utilized are typically available.2.The reaction between the substrates toluene and NH-sulfoximine was examined, and the produced materials were identified by 1H NMR,13C NMR,and infrared detection. The outcomes demonstrated the method’s broad applicability for both NH-sulfoximine and substituted toluene. We also tested this approach on ethylbenzene, propanol, and n-butyl benzene;nevertheless, the poor yield is a drawback. We looked into the reaction’s potential mechanism in the meanwhile.3.After checking the data,we discovered that there aren’t many research on the effect of sulfoximine compounds on bacteria right now.As a result,we looked into the antibacterial activity of the manufactured products to see if they had any.E.coli and S.aureus, two bacteria, were used to study the products.According to the findings, some chemicals effectively inhibit these two bacteria, suggesting that synthesized sulfoximine compounds have some antibacterial action.
