| The insulation characteristics of the vacuum insulation cup is directly related to the vacuum degree which is the key technical means to ensure product quality.Most of the current insulation cup vacuum detection using manual testing,low efficiency,accuracy needs to be improved.A set of detection and sorting system based on infrared imaging vacuum thermos cup is designed by analyzing the heat transfer process and surface infrared imaging characteristics of the thermos cup,combined with simulation.The specific contents include:1 The thermal insulation characteristics of thermos cup are simulated by heat transfer.According to the data of the thermos cup to be tested,the heat transfer module of COMSOL is used for modeling and simulation to obtain the temperature change of the thermos cup wall under different vacuum degrees,that is,the temperature field distribution of the whole cup wall.2 Building an infrared imaging model of thermos cup shell and calibrating the infrared temperature measurement accuracy.The infrared temperature of the thermos at different positions and different ambient temperatures is analyzed,and the emissivity of the thermos is compensated by the dual-temperature method to improve the temperature measurement accuracy.Using the calibrated infrared camera to measure the temperature,and according to the national standard national standards,establishing the relationship between the vacuum degree and the temperature of the insulation cup wall,determining the insulation cup detection vacuum degree threshold and the corresponding cup wall temperature relationship.The accuracy of the corrected infrared imaging temperature measurement compared to the contact thermocouple temperature measurement is around ±2% at the optimal temperature measurement position of the thermos.3 Building an infrared imaging-based thermal insulation cup detection and sorting system.The whole system included infrared temperature measurement device,heat source recovery device,transmission device,detection and sorting control device.The experimental results show that the device can achieve automatic vacuum sorting of thermal insulation cups under different vacuum degrees and ambient temperatures,and the accuracy reaches 96.5%,which meets the requirements of use. |
