The chiral capillary gas chromatography is one of the most efficient chromatographic methods for the enantioseparation. In recent years, various types of materials have been used as stationary phases in gas chromatography.Chiral covalent organic framework materials(CCOFs),porous organic cages(POCs),and chiral crown ethers have shown high application value. In order to further develop their resolution ability,we conducted in-depth research on three materials. The specific contents are as follows:(1)Using the CD-COF-2 as the chiral stationary phase for gas chromatography,it was mixed with polysiloxane OV-1701 to prepare the capillary column by dynamic coating method. The column could separate sixteen chiral compounds, ten positional isomers,n-alkanes,n-alkanols,aromatic hydrocarbons and Grob reagents,respectively.(2)The effect of preparation method of CC3-R column on the chromatographic separation performance was investigated by changing different roughening methods to the inner wall of capillary and the concentrations of coating solution. These factors would affect the gas chromatographic separation performance, especially for the enantioselective resolution.(3)Synthesized the chiral crown ether R-(3,3’-dibromo-1,1’-dinaphthyl)-20-crown-6 as the chiral stationary phase for gas chromatography. The capillary column showed good selectivity for amino acid derivatives, and also possessed separation ability for positional isomers,n-alkanes,n-alkanols,aromatic hydrocarbons and Grob reagents.
