The reconstruction of urban electromagnetic radiation space field(EMR-SF)is of great significance to the monitoring and prevention of urban electromagnetic radiation pollution.The spatial interpolation method can be used to reconstruct the EMR-SF.However,due to the influence of buildings,electromagnetic radiation data is generally collected along the road.This kind of data has a largely empty area on the whole,and have a linear distribution locally.The common spatial interpolation method is not suitable for the reconstruction of EMR-SF for this kind of data.Therefore,this paper explores a new spatial interpolation method for the reconstruction of EMR-SF sampled along the road.The main contents are as follows:(1)A layered radial basis functions(LRBF)spatial interpolation method is proposed.Firstly,a certain density of grid points are built in the study area,and divides the grid points into multiple layers from the outside to the inside.Based on the radial basis functions(RBF)spatial interpolation method,the electromagnetic radiation values of grid points are generated by layer by layer inward interpolation.Finally,the EMR-SF is constructed according to the grid points and sampling data.LRBF spatial interpolation method improves the interpolation accuracy of RBF in the data missing area.(2)The grid points and their layered of LRBF spatial interpolation method are constructed.In order to get the density of the grid points in LRBF and the size of the layering interval distance,the maximum influence distance range of the sampling points is determined according to the RBF basis function and the grid points are constructed.The maximum aggregation distance is obtained based on Ripley’s K function,and the grid points are layered using the maximum aggregation distance,and finally the layered grid points are obtained.By comparing the interpolation accuracy of LRBF under different grid point interval distance and layer interval distance.The results show that the interpolation accuracy of LRBF can be improved to the greatest extent according to the proposed grid point interval distance and layer interval distance optimization method.(3)The electromagnetic radiation spatial field sampled along the road is reconstructed.The electromagnetic radiation sampled along the road in a region of Yunnan Normal University is taken as the data source.LRBF is used to reconstruct the electromagnetic radiation space field.The experimental results show that compared with the Ordinary Kriging(OK)interpolation method and the inverse distance weight(IDW)interpolation method,the mean square root error of LRBF is reduced by 28%on average,and the mean absolute error is reduced by 35% on average,and the electromagnetic radiation space field reconstructed by LRBF is more realistic.
