Tree Shape Screening And Research On The Processing Technology Of ’Fuping-Jianshi’ Persimmon

Fuping County is the main producing area of persimmon in Shaanxi Province,but there are some problems in cultivation and management in the development of persimmon industry in Fuping County.In terms of plasticity and pruning,most of the new young garden persimmon farmers have no pruning technology,and there are few local pruning technicians,so they do not have accurate grasp of persimmon tree shape and later tree development,and there are few studies on persimmon tree shape and overall lack of scientific theoretical guidance.In terms of processing,the degree of mechanized processing of persimmon cakes in Fuping needs to be improved,and most of the cakes are processed in small workshops by hand,with a relatively short shelf life and poor health quality.In this study,we firstly investigated the basic production situation of major persimmon orchards in Fuping County and studied the relationship between canopy characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics and fruit yield and quality of three different tree shapes,namely ’ Fuping jianshi ’ hedge wall shape,three main branches and one heart shape,and main trunk shape,as well as the improvement of persimmon cake processing technology,with the aim of screening suitable tree shapes for persimmon trees in Fuping County,improving yield and fruit quality,and improving the processing technology of persimmon cake.The aim was to select suitable tree shapes for persimmon trees in Fuping County,to improve yield and fruit quality,to increase the efficiency of persimmon cake processing,and to promote the healthy and steady development of persimmon industry in Fuping County.The main research results are as follows:1.Through the survey statistics of persimmon industry in Fuping County,the analysis results were that most of the cultivars in Fuping County are ’ Dalajiao jianshi ’,the tree shape used is the main trunk shape or three main branches and a heart shape,the management level of persimmon garden varies,and most of the persimmon garden management is low.2.By analyzing the canopy structure,photosynthetic characteristics,canopy characteristics,fruit yield and quality of different tree shapes,the main trunk shape was a more suitable tree shape for local ’ Fuping jianshi ’ production compared with the hedge wall shape and three main branches and one heart shape at a planting density of 2 × 4 m.The trunk shape had a better canopy structure,with a more uniform and reasonable spatial layout of branches and a more optimized canopy structure.In the seasonal variation of photosynthetic characteristics,the photosynthetic parameters such as net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the three tree shapes of ’ Fuping jianshi ’ showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing,and reached a peak in August,and the photosynthetic characteristics of the trunk shape were greater than those of the three main branches and one heart shape and the hedge wall shape.In the daily variation of photosynthetic characteristics,the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate of all three tree shapes during fruit expansion was a "bimodal" curve,with the first peak occurring at 10:00 a.m.and the second peak at 14:00p.m.There was a "lunch break phenomenon".The net photosynthetic rate of the outer part of the canopy was greater than that of the inner part of the canopy,while the difference between the inner and outer part of the hedge wall was not significant.The leaf area index of the trunk shape was smaller than that of the hedge wall shape,and its canopy without interception scattering and canopy transmittance were higher than those of the other two shapes,indicating that the trunk shape had better light transmission.The fruit quality of the trunk shape of ’Dalajiao jianshi ’ was better than that of the three main branches and one heart shape and the hedge wall shape,with an average fruit weight of 178.65 g and a yield of 1263.83 kg per acre,the highest fruit shape index,the highest hardness,and the highest soluble solids content of19%.In conclusion,the main trunk shape was the suitable tree shape for ’ Fuping jianshi ’.3.The processing process combining clean baking and natural drying of persimmon cake greatly shortens the processing time compared to the traditional processing process in terms of persimmon water loss time,while increasing the processing speed and processing volume,and improving the health and safety index and taste quality of Fuping persimmon cake.
