| In mining activities,timely and accurate grasp of the physical and mechanical properties of rocks and their fugitive conditions is of great significance for the effective maintenance of the extraction space.The traditional method is to get its relevant properties by laboratory test,but it does not get the rock properties accurately and timely,which brings many hidden dangers for mine support engineering.For this reason,this thesis intends to use the method of follow-the-drill detection to solve this problem.Firstly,through the analysis of the rock breaking mechanism of PDC drill bit and the basic physical and mechanical properties of the rock,it is considered that the rotational speed,drilling speed,rotational torque and drilling pressure can be used as the main parameters of the drilling probe to characterize the mechanical properties of the rock specimen;furthermore,according to the requirements of the drilling probe,the experimental device is designed,which is based on the "constant speed" control mode.The experimental device is based on the "constant speed" control mode,which can collect four parameters of rotary torque,rotary speed,drilling pressure and drilling displacement during the drilling process simultaneously;a suitable concrete ratio is selected for pouring the rock specimen,and the results are compared and analyzed by the mechanical experimental machine and the device,and the results are consistent,and the device can meet the requirements of rock mechanical properties identification;in addition,based on the device also conducted similar experiments on rock layers,and found that for the identification of rock layer partition interface,the effect of pressure identification is better than that of torque,and the prediction accuracy of rock layer category based on BP neural network model is higher.In summary,the study shows that the device can meet the requirements of the test,indicating that the design of the device itself is basically reasonable and can provide guidance for the field.Such work can be tested industrially in the field.It is of great scientific and engineering significance to provide timely and accurate guidance for the effective maintenance of the extracted space on site,and can also provide a reference for similar underground rock-like space extraction.This dissertation totally has 75 figures,27 tables,and 88 references,respectively. |
